Painful experience, would not recommend
- Poor cleaning. Did not follow property condition report for their cleaning job.
- They were not able to get cleaners to come back and clean properly after (even though this is a service that is promised). Had to pay for other cleaners to finish the job.
- Difficult to contact (speak to a person for support) after setting up initial booking. They have a terrible web application for managing all communications after booking your service. Just call them and say you want to set up a new booking every time to get through to somebody.
- Cleaners were on time on the day of the job, and were nice people

I have used this company for end of lease cleaning of an apartment. After the property agent reviewed the cleaning, she sent a long list of items (more than 200 photos) to be re-cleaned. Cleaners claimed that they recleaned, but property agents office showed that they returned the keys in 30 minutes. Second review by property agent showed exactly the same items to be recleaned. so obviously those items were not taken care of. Proerty agent had to se...nd their own cleaners. Initial Sales call was great so I thought I could follow this issue with customer support. I was shocked to know that call option is available only for Sales not for Support. First of all its damn so difficult to get in touch with support. You cannot talk to anybody, can only leave voice message. In reply, then dont call you even if you ask them to, just email replies. I asked for refund, but in vain. Even after providing 200+ photos, they came up with all excuses. I lost $450 to them. This was not at all 'Fantastic' service, it was 'Pathetic' service .
***another update... *** After telling them I want a refund they are pressing for the same guy to come back. They tell me only HE can come back. I don't want him!!
I will never use this company again.

**Update** I've since noticed after the fact that there is an awfull residue inside my oven. I ran my finger across it and it's grease!!!??? All over the inside door too. No idea what he sprayed inside but it looks and feels like it was not cleaned off properly

Completely Unreliable - Cancelled 15 mins before appointment
Very unreliable company and bad customer service. Had oven cleaning booked in advance and company telephoned me 15 minutes before they were due to arrive and cancelled due to staffing problems (late afternoon appointment). I have people viewing this property first thing the next day which I explained to them but they just said they were sorry but offered no solution to the problem. This is regardless of the fact that they have already taken my money as the job needed to be paid for up front. So summary: company take your money and then don't turn up. Apparently the refund is pending ........
LEFT and never came back 2 minutes after arriving
We booked Fantastic Cleaners a week in advance in preparation for our 3 monthly lease inspection. On the day of our appointment, they showed up on time, leaving their equipment in the van. They came to look through the apartment, and told me they would return with their equipment.
They left, and never returned. They did not try to contact me, did not ring the doorbell, and did not answer any phone calls.
Very unprofessional service. We paid upfront a total of $352 online during booking for a full cleaning service.
Even more, their company...are impossible to get ahold of. I tried calling, left messages, and they did not return my phone calls. I would not trust this service, nor will I use them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to ever avail of their services. Despite the fact that they have some positive reviews, you are taking a gamble by hiring them that they will scam you of your money.
Bad. Realtor had to resend new cleaners
My realtor was not happy with this vacate and carpet clean. They have had to resend their own cleaners which has been taken out of my bond, and I’ve paid fantastic services also.
Horrible end of lease cleaning . Never go for them
Everything from start of booking guaranteed by definite guarantee for 72 hours with no limitation in hours of work done to do the cleaning . On the day of cleaning the sick tractor came with saying that almost nothing can be done to perfection so he can’t give guarantee and he is paid less by the company and he needs to bring more people . At last three bedroom house with study , kitchen, living room ,laundry and two bathrooms done in less than four hours . It did not look like end of lease cleaning rather a normal cleaning done at home . Rea...lly disappointed with such a horrible service and moreover money is deducted a week before the day of cleaning so u can’t claim anything too . After paying $450 three weeks in advance for an EOL clean with no time parameters, the cleaners rocked up and said the price was wrong and they needed more money. THey basically gave my townhouse a quick vacuum and a mop and went on their merry way. The property agent then charged me an additional $464 for substitute cleaners to come in. The worst part, it is impossible to contact head office and make a complaint.
Do not use this company. They are genuine crooks
I booked this for End of Lease cleaning, but it was just terrible. there were many stains left and their garbage was left in my bin box. when I booked it was said that the cleaning would be completed around 3pm but they left at 1pm. I will never use this company and won’t recommend any of my friends.

I used this company for an end of lease clean and at this stage I was 6 months pregnant. When I booked the clean what I was initially promised and what I paid for did not reflect the receipt and had items missing from it. I called back and they gave me a whole heap of items that would not be included in the clean. When I told them that’s not what I was initially told, theY told me that I was assisted by a trainee and was given incorrect information. I had to go with it as the clean was booked for the next day.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company.
I booked fantastic services to do a vacate cleaning on a property I was moving out of. They were booked to arrive at 9am. The night before they text and moved it to 3pm. At 3pm no one arrived and after waiting and contacting them they said they wont be there until 4.30! At 4.30 the cleaner rang and said they wouldnt be there until 6. I spent the next hour trying to contact a manager at their office to see what was going on. They wouldnt put me through to a manager and kept saying a manager would call me back in a few minutes. No manager ever ca...lled me back. At 6pm, the cleaner called and advised she didnt have time to come at all. So I was left with no notice to find someone else as I had to give back the keys the following morning. And to make it even worse, they have charged me $379 although they never even showed!!!! No manager has called me to apologise, to follow up on my complaint or to advise they will be giving me back my money.

First they rang an hour before the clean to reschedule for another day. Secondly, its website states that the whole of the oven would be cleaned. When I pointed out that they had missed the top of the oven, one of the cleaners became argumentative stating "it is impossible" and "we don't clean the top of the oven"- this is utterly ridiculous, why would I employ cleaners that don't clean the top of the oven!? I then reminded them about the website and was then told "it is not my problem". The female cleaner ...even had the audacity to roll her eyes at me when I insisted she keep going because it wasn't clean enough. One of the cleaners then took the roof of the oven with scraper (he did not ask me first) that scratched the protective coating off. They eventually left without the oven being cleaned in full, racks were still not 100% clean, and the stove top still had grease patches. Two of them also told me they were uni students that were helping out- definitely not professional cleaners! It also took days to get in contact with management to discuss the invoice. They have now offered to not charge me anything, however I am left with the cost of repairing my oven (if it can be) which will no doubt cost more than the clean itself. Sub-standard clean, argumentative staff, inexperienced cleaners, lacklustre customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I will NEVER use this company again.
Fantastic by name, Crap by service
I had a long standing house cleaning booked for our house. We are selling the house and moving interstate. I had limited time available due to work commitments. I had a booking for 15:00 for 2 hours. 15:15 came and went. I called and asked what was happening. I was told that the cleaners would be there between 15:00 & 16:00. That in it's self was not acceptable as I had other commitments for 17:30. The guy then called back and came up with some excuse and that the cleaning team wouldn't be able to attend. Keep in mind, I booked the cle...aning specially due to moving out of the house and had a limited timeframe. I was asked if I would like to reschedule. Ok how about the next day? They were not able to help me because they were fully booked! I was booked the for the Wednesday and they didn't show and then couldn't fit me in on the Thursday? They took no ownership of their problem. DON'T book with Fantastic Cleaners if you want reliable service.

Don't waste your money...
I booked these guys for my end of lease clean. The gentlemen I spoke to over the phone seemed polite and professional, so I thought I was going to get that same service all round-- not the case. The cleaners seemed to rush through the job, the bathroom in particular looked completely untouched afterwards. I had to re-vacuum and re-wipe over all surfaces, as there was dirt and marks left throughout my apartment (particularly on the chrome/stainless steel surfaces). They also left lights on and the security door wide open upon leaving, which I wa...sn't too impressed by. I gave them the chance to come back and fix the couple of issues my property manager pulled them up on following my final inspection. After a lot of back and forth, and them claiming they had made contact with the necessary parties to organise said re-clean (when they hadn't) they agreed to come in a couple of days to finish the job. The team that attended were completely unprofessional, they showed up late-- so late in fact that the new tenants had already taken possession of the property and started moving in. They rushed through the re-clean, awkwardly cleaning around the new tenants belongings and complaining that they weren't even supposed to clean the areas to be re-cleaned in the first place (untrue, as it says on the cleaning schedule that it is supposed to be included). The apartment still isn't up to scratch after 2 visits... for a few hundred dollars, this is not the standard I would expect. Save your money and go somewhere else, I wish I had.
This was the first time booking this service and they failed to show up. And having received multiple emails to confirm, the service did not show or phone to let us know they weren't coming. They have completely wasted our time with phone calls to find out what was going on and we have not received anything for our effort.
Extremely disappointing service
When you call them for a quote they tell you one thing and when the actual cleaners turn up they tell another thing. I booked them for an end of lease clean just two days before I had to handover the keys and the cleaners refused to clean . Help desk wasn’t helpful when I called them up and was very disappointed and frustrated as I had to find another company to do the clean in two days.
Damaged Stone Bench Top Lies and Lies and Lies
We organised the Fantastic Cleaning company to come out and clean an oven , the person they sent was young and inexperienced , the oven was left dirty and the young lady stained the bench top in several spots with the chemicals she used.
We called them and the supervisors came back and cleaned the oven again.
At first they told me that their chemicals cant damage the bench top then they accepted responsibility for the damage.
They promised they would either clean the bench top or replace it if it needed to be.they have done nothing .

My ignorance, I usually do read reviews, but They operate under a different name/franchise in Ascot Vale, and they had a couple of good reviews on Google+. So I thought I'll book their service. That's where the trouble started....
First off, Their booking operator made promises that were not delivered by the cleaning staff. No clear communication on what's included in the clean. He writes down areas as Living/Dining and the cleaning guys spend and hour arguing with me that the dining is not included. Who puts a dining table in a living room...? I had clearly said 2 stairs, he put in just one. In the end, they agreed to clean the stairs, but wanted more money to clean the dining area. I ended up not cleaning a bedroom, and paying $10 more. Next, the booking agent oversold me that there would be 2 guys sent and all furniture will be moved by them to do a thorough carpet clean. This was completely misleading. I knew there aren't many cleaners who lift and move furniture for Health and Safety reasons, but I'm annoyed about the operator promising me things he clearly knew would not be met - just to get the sale in. The cleaners did not even lift a finger to remove a floor mat from the carpet until I intervened and had to call the customer service manager to talk to them to get things done. They eventually moved some small items after deliberation, which I appreciate. Our carpets were mostly clean without any major issues, but had to argue hard to get certain spots deep cleaned. We have pets, and appreciated the quick dry vacuum before the wet cleaning process. I rate the overall carpet cleaning process 6.5/10. The agent who booked my service took my order for a garden clean, but no one showed up. He even sold me on a discounted rate for the service as my service with them was over $500. I had to spend 20 mins with an arguing with another agent who insisted that I did not make the booking. Strangely, the agent admitted (I think by mistake) that the gardener for the area was sick and was unavailable for 1.5 months. Somehow I ended up in the blame that the service was not booked. My partner and I had taken the day off work to get this done. Now we have to get this done separately!!! Next up: The kitchen and bathrooms deep cleaning jobs was extremely pathetic. I paid for 2 guys for 4 hours in total, and the job was done very very poorly. For the so called "deep clean" they were marks and stains and dust left unattended - I.e not even touched. Extremely poor attitude shown by the cleaners when we complained about their lack of attention to detail. They did not even bother to use a mop to clean the floors despite several reminders. All I got was a smirk remark that It will be done! They spent some time towards the end half-heartedly cleaning some areas agai which was not at all satisfactory, but there was not further point arguing with them, so I sent them back. I will go back to my regular cleaners like CheapAsChips, or KeentoClean who do jobs like 3 rooms carpet clean for $66 They are not the best, but at least, I get what I pay for - and comparatively they had done a far better job. I can get them to do the same clean twice for the same money. Reading reviews on this cleaners site and the rates they were charging, I was expecting a much more professional and in-depth service. Never ever going back to them again!!!
Charged me more than doube of the quote and all stains left as is
I accepted their quote of $105 for cleaning the carpet of 2BR+LIVING. But when the cleaner came in, he refused to do the work for that price and asked me to pay $240. After a negotiation, settled for $220 (I was desperate to get the cleaning done on that day as I had to move)
Worse than that, he was not able to remove any of the stains... he kept telling me - "no one in australia can remove these stains". Pathetic
