Poor Customer Service
We engaged Fantastic cleaners to do our end of lease cleaning. We had to get them to reattend because the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was still mould and soap scum left in the shower. We arranged for them to do a reattendance, which seemed all fine however; the cleaner that returned had picked up the keys from my real estate agent and dropped them off within an hour and a half. Our place is about 20 mins from the real estate agent. I got feedback from my property manager that there had been no change.

Hit and Miss
When my baby needed to be in hospital for 4 months a friend got us 2 x cleaning services to give us a break.
The first clean was awesome, I had to rush to the hospital that day but the cleaners were accommodating and locked the door behind them but when I returned the whole house was spotless. They even let me know 30mins before they finished by giving me a call.
