Frank from Fantastic Services did a really amazing job. My oven was very much overdue for a clean. Have used Fantastic Servies for several years and most highly recommend them.

Handyman was sent to fix door, was friendly and communication was good. But his performance and outcome of his service was questionable and left me with a door in bad condition.

I had an internal door fixed and shelves installed. The work was well done and I’m happy with the result. They turned up on time, supplied some materials and worked quickly.

The handyman was knowledgeable, skilled and punctual. He did a great job and was able to accommodate the short time frame we had to repair our walls. Would hire him again.

6 doors hung upside down in March, one door totally ruined as they cut it down too much. Doors had to be reordered. Eventually was resolved by same handyman returning with a supervisor because they would not agreed to a refund or someone else. They still forgot to remove the old doors but provided a refund for the council to take them away.
Alex and Emma from the office were fantastic. Shame they were let down by this one contractor.

Was clear explained everything he was doing and asked my opinion throughout the job. Very polite and friendly too would highly recommend. Overall 100 percent happy and would use this service again

Had some really dirty carpets in a rental after a housemate moved out and it looks amazing. And its such an affordable service. Even the high traffic areas are fluffier and cleaner than they’ve been in years.
Never thought I’d see these carpets as clean as they are and I am not disappointed with my service!

We needed a last minute rubbish removal and items that were too big for us to move. We made a call and had the job done in a day! They were on time, quick and no fuss. Thank you, you made it very easy.

TV anchoring part was bought from bunnings on our behalf. The installation was done very fast, height was measured to our eye level. Now it's safely hanged up on the wall out of reach from our toddler. Thank you Mehrdad!

First 2 times I used the service no issues at all. The third time was a disaster. Due to them contracting the work out, the people who arrived did not have professional cleaning products nor did they look like professionals. They refused to complete the 4 hour cleaning that was paid in full demanding it needed 8 hours. It's a 3 bedroom house that was completely empty and already clean, it just needed professional cleaning for tenancy purposes. They also wanted another $50 for the oven enough I already paid $95 for an oven clean! They left with...

Assembled a desk with drawers in two hours even with instructions that didn’t quite match the parts. Helped me move it in to place in my living room. Happy with the result.

I requested a mattress cleaning service and I could not fault it. My cleaner was so helpful and informative, he also would have me check his work throughout and explain what he was doing so he could ensure I was happy. Will 100% use the service again!
