Bad. Realtor had to resend new cleaners
My realtor was not happy with this vacate and carpet clean. They have had to resend their own cleaners which has been taken out of my bond, and I’ve paid fantastic services also.
End of lease clean - Awful
The end of lease clean was not done well enough to ensure the return of my bond. The cleaners had to re attend and I’m still waiting for the outcome.
Horrible End of Lease Cleaning
DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS!
We used these cleaners for our end of lease cleaning and would never use them again. They are not worth the pain and hassle we have endured dealing with them over the past few weeks.
Prior to the cleaning we received multiple phone calls from different numbers trying to sign us up to their membership service. Consistently being told it would be cheeper. We said no however they proceeded to take money out of our bank accounts without our authority.

Bad experience, worst phone system ever.
Booked for window cleaning, for 10-11am, 10.15am I rang as no show. They msged me back that they would arrive in 25 mins, that would be 10.45, 11.15 I rang again and she called me back 10 mins later and said couldn't get hold of them and doesn't know where they are. So I asked for a refund. Would not recommend.
Horrible end of lease cleaning . Never go for them
Everything from start of booking guaranteed by definite guarantee for 72 hours with no limitation in hours of work done to do the cleaning . On the day of cleaning the sick tractor came with saying that almost nothing can be done to perfection so he can’t give guarantee and he is paid less by the company and he needs to bring more people . At last three bedroom house with study , kitchen, living room ,laundry and two bathrooms done in less than four hours . It did not look like end of lease cleaning rather a normal cleaning done at home . Rea...lly disappointed with such a horrible service and moreover money is deducted a week before the day of cleaning so u can’t claim anything too . They are also not in Australia but from Bulgarian managing administration from there . As told by the subcontracton
After paying $450 three weeks in advance for an EOL clean with no time parameters, the cleaners rocked up and said the price was wrong and they needed more money. THey basically gave my townhouse a quick vacuum and a mop and went on their merry way. The property agent then charged me an additional $464 for substitute cleaners to come in. The worst part, it is impossible to contact head office and make a complaint.
Do not use this company. They are genuine crooks
I booked this for End of Lease cleaning, but it was just terrible. there were many stains left and their garbage was left in my bin box. when I booked it was said that the cleaning would be completed around 3pm but they left at 1pm. I will never use this company and won’t recommend any of my friends.
I booked this group for a spring clean and then a final clean. During the spring clean, the cleaners refused to talk to me. The house was nearly empty as we were moving out. The cleaners decided that it would be ok for them to pack my belongings into bags with my cleaning products. They mixed makeup with toilet cleaners and hair brushes. They put them all together in bags for me. I did not ask them to pack my belongings. I had to throw away $200 dollars of makeup and items due to them bagging them with unhygienic toilet cleaners and toothbrushe...s etc. They should not have done this. I am furious. The company refuses to acknowledge that an issue exists and have just given me a $25 voucher to their services, which I will not use. Nor did they allow me to discount my final clean even though I had only had a sprint clean 1 week earlier. I ended up cancelling my final lease and going with another group which was half the price and a better service.
Terrible experience dealing with this company
The worst thing is they made you feel like worthless as to how their customer service team is treating you. We paid for an after renovation cleaning package which is quite pricey in our opinion. After shopping around and check the ratings, we went with Fantastic Service. On the day of the job, we were told they could clean up 98% of the house, except for paint marks on the timber floors and grouts as they do not want to damage our flooring, fair enough. But when we came back to check after they finished, a large portion of the house were left u...nfinished (including the fixtures, door and window trims, etc). We complained to customer service team and was told we have to pay additional for all the unfinished jobs that they did. So go somewhere where you feel valued as a customer, because with this company, once they take your money, they don't care about completion of the jobs or customer feedback at all!!!
Terrible - $5000 mattress ruined
Terrible - they ruined a $5000 mattress.
Incredibly unprofessional and not skilled nor equipped to clean mattresses.
Sat 1pm they cleaned the mattress. We queried it being so wet as the ad says 95% moisture is removed from the mattress.
Called them Sunday, they promised to send some one 10am Monday. They had not arrived by 12. We called and were told the technician had been to the house at 8:30 and sent them a photo. From the start customer service from this group was awful. First cleaner didn’t turn up, re-booked and the actual clean was average.. areas not dusted, bins not emptied, shower not cleaned at all.
Extremely disappointing experience with vacate clean
I recently had a bad experience with Fantastic during a vacate clean. I had been quoted a certain price and when I met the cleaners onsite they advised that due to it not being an "average" clean that an extra $152 was required. I paid it and expected a decent job. I was later advised by the cleaners that certain areas could not be cleaned to the "Fantastic" standard i.e. oven, tiled areas etc. These same areas the landlord/agent inspected and found were not completed satisfactorily i.e. mainly tiles in bathrooms and toilet. I had chased the la...ndlord/agent for a response earlier but didn't receive this feedback until after the 72hr warranty had expired. I was 1 day late and it was not my fault, would have been nice to have some leeway. I then engaged Kathy (from Bling Property Services) who have addressed all the items your team could not complete/guarantee. They also commented on the poor quality of work that was delivered by your team in general. I had to pay another $200 to get the job properly.

DON'T TRUST THEIR BOOKING CONFIRMATION. I made a booking, they tried to charge me and no one showed up. They then decided to tell me they couldn't do the job - AFTER a no-show. No explanation as to why they accepted the booking in the first place, no explanation why they tried to charge me for a job they couldn't do, no explanation as to why they didn't call me to tell me that they were not showing up. No one picks up their hotline for 'existing bookings' -but boy, do they pick up fast if you select 'new bookings' option. DO NOT use these guys. They will try to take your money, even though they knew they couldn't do the job in the first place. Facts.

This didn’t worry me because I’ve been happy with the cleaning
However I was surprised to Then receive an invoice for the same service
I phoned customer service they were not able to resolve and said someone in accounts would call
I responded to the invoice with a copy of my bank account direct deduction
Still no response
Then I hit I hit another reminder
I called again - again customer service advise they will refer to accounts
Still no contact from accounts
This service is not “fantastic” be careful with your billing and check your accounts

What a horrible experience! When I booked a service (10 days in advance) they assured me at the time of the booking I would not be charged until the service was complete. The very next day funds were taken out of my account with no invoice provided. When I called up to complain I was lied to and told their terms & cond. had changed - this was not the case. I was also bullied and told no service would accept payment on the day of the service if I cancelled this one (another big fat lie). I finally cancelled my service after all the lying. They t...hen told me they would process the refund that day and sent an email to confirm. This refund was not processed for another week. Still waiting for my refund 13 days later. Disgusting service - do not give them your business.
