End of lease cleaning
Not up to the expectation, unprofessional team, wanted to sell extra from the beginning, it costed 1000$ to clean a 4 BHK house, was in a good condition, we only 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) lived there for 18 months. Won't recommend
Keep on Keep on ......... rippin' people off!!
Try to keep it brief. Cleaners came to do a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. 2 cleaners turned up at 9.30 am and were still there at 3.30 pm. What took them so long! I have cleaned the whole place myself including windows inside & out and swept the garage in 2 hours!! Cleaners did not clean any outside windows as per our quote and then told me that it would cost extra $40 a window if we wanted them cleaned!!!! and they did not sweep the 1 car garage. Have emailed twice. Haven't heard anything. Thank goodness we were only renting for a short period of time due to our house being renovated. From this experience don't bother hiring them. Whatever happened to honest days pay for honest days work??
After a urine spill needed very quick cleaning, I was promised noon arrival, which stretched to about 2pm.
Very friendly cleaner cleaned spill, but residual smell has stayed in carpet.

On time and efficient, just couldn't remove real bad stains but they did everything in there power to do there best.

Cost another $120 to clean up again
My apartment was not very dirty, the cleaners didn't clean carefully and left some dust. The agent also took $120 from the bond to get shower and blinds recleaned.

Clean was good but poor customer service
Cleaners did a good job. so many issues with the call centre/company, first they moved my appointment from an 8am to 1pm then to noon one day prior. On the day itself I called 20min to make sure they will be on time and they said yes, at noon they sent me a text saying it will be late (approximately 1 hour late) when I am standing at the doorway waiting for them. I asked the subcontractor/cleaner they told me that they have informed the company at 8am and it was not their fault that the company didn't call me. Was quoted only 1.5hours although ...i gave sqm and also number of rooms and toilets. On the day itself called and said that it will take roughly 2.5 hours-3 hours for the general clean and they cannot clean the windows cos that is additional charge and balcony is "too large". I chose this company because I thought it was a larger company that would be more reliable but I they are dishonest. I got a quote from another smaller/independent cleaner that was cheaper and when I told them the quote they slash their prices to match the independent cleaner; the final quote was nearly $100 more than the FIRST quote (without the price matching). I told them no just do your original quote and I will do the rest. So i still had to go back and clean the remaining rooms (balcony + laundry room not done). Imagine paying for a move out clean but ending up having to do your own clean as well. Horrible horrible customer support and will say anything to "get" your sales but changes their tune after... Will never go back to them no matter how well the subcontractors/cleaner did the job.
Results too uncertain
Two visits for different jobs both good, the third catastrophically bad: indifferent cleaning, cleaner spat repeatedly when approaching the door:we had to hose it down,worse, the freezer connector was knocked out,the contents destroyed,no adequate recompense Jones.

The telephone representative had excellent english and personal skills and gave me high expectations for both the carpet cleaning and the end-of-tenancy cleaning.
For the carpet, I didn't even think of it, but the CSR enquired about the stairs and I told them it was narrow and tight to the 2nd floor, and they reassured me that was good to know but not a problem. Yet on the day, the actual service provider couldn't get their carpet cleaning equipment into the unit and abandoned the job. I called someone else and they didn't have any problem...whatsoever with the stairs. For the cleaning job, the CSR asked me for a list of priorities. I cited cleaning the picture rails and skirting boards, cleaning the oven, and cleaning marks off the walls, and wiping down all the kitchen cupboards as my top four, then just fill in the minimum period of engagement (2hrs) as they see fit. The cleaner did indeed do the picture rails, but by pushing all the dust onto the carpets. They did not touch the skirting boards or the walls. They did not do the oven. Instead filling the time doing your everyday domestic items of wiping down the counters, basin and toilet. No vacuum. It was a mess. The CSR called me back and informed me the oven costs extra (the pre-sale call set an expectation it was not extra). I suspect the problem is that you're dealing with an agency which relies on subcontractors to do the job. Your satisfaction is wholly dependent on the subby you get. That's not an excuse however. Just understand the business. I think I'm better off dealing directly with the people who are going to do the job rather than this middleman.
I booked and end of lease clean with Pauls cleaning (although when they arrived the van said fantastic cleaning, so I guess they are the same company with different trading names).
The day before the clean the customer service rep called to make the time earlier. Not a problem this time. On the day however, the cleaners arrived 15 minutes earlier again. I was no longer living at the apartment so could not get there early. They were pretty rude about it. They also couldn't find the property despite clear instructions (and also Google maps). ...I never received a quote in writing or email confirmation. I was forced to pay in cash and they didn't have change for me. They also wouldn't go get change so they just took the extra money and said they would clean a wall. They didn't clean it very well at all. In fact they didn't clean any stains off walls or on top of the cupboards, plus they missed many of our plantation shutters which I also had to clean. They tried to throw our landline phone out and also seem to have disposed of some important manuals. The steam cleaned carpets appear to have not been properly vacuumed beforehand and I found wet clumps of dust in them. Our landlord asked if they had even been cleaned. I found them to be rude and their service was unsatisfactory. I sugar soaped the walls myself and cleaned the rest of what they missed and it took an hour. I would not recommend.

Over reliance on product, poor disposal method.
They were 90 minutes late with no notice and little apology. Cleaners rely on the cleaning product to remove grime and water to make the surface look cleaner. I had to redo the tough cleaning myself. The house was old with flaking paint. They simply washed all the paint down the sink, resulting in a clogged sink. I had to dismantle it to clean it out.
They were polite and appeared enthusiastic. The special oven clean was satisfactory.
Late and incorrect quote
The cleaners ran an hour late which was really disappointing when you are busy moving house. Plus the quote they had given me was incorrect (despit my description on the phone) and so I had to pay more than what I was quoted. Not a hugely pleasant experience all in all.
Very poor cleaners
The service provided was amateur and I had to have them come back a second time and these cleaners were no better than the first crew. The carpet steam clean was the best. I paid top dollar and expected a professional clean, I could have paid half the price for a better clean from a the local paper.
Ripped off!! Cleaning appalling !!!
We booked 2 ladies to clean a house we were moving into, it was empty so had no furniture but yet they still took 4 hours?!!! Yet I have had to reclean majority of it! I was charged extra for a double oven, I have no problem with this but yet it was left streaky, parts not cleaned & filthy underneath! Walls had product drips all over them, doors were not touched, mirrors not cleaned, laundry was left with some sort of product powder on floor with a streaky floor! Vents were not touched & shelves awful! We specifically requested all of these thi...ngs to be cleaned... So what were the cleaners doing in 4 hours? When I rang to complain I was offered $40 refund!! Are you joking??? I paid $400 and you give me $40 back and I have to reclean everything!!! I think your company is a disgrace.
Worst cleaning company ever..unprofessional
I paid $579 plus a $50 cancellation fees for a two bedroom very small apartment.
The cleaners arrived on time at took about 3 hours to steem clean the carpets, clean the bathroom, kitchen, wash down walls, air condition cleaned and clean balcony.
The service was bad, the grease was stil all over the kitchen and the walls were not washed even though they said they did, I still could see splatters on them. I called and complained and another pair of cleaners were sent the following day to re do the kitchen which they still did a crap job and ...clean the air condition which they didn't do the first time. The job was poorly done again but this time an awful stench of overused and not cleaned proeprly cloth smell and dirty mop smell was left in my house. Do not use this service they are a rip off
