Don’t use and don’t sign membership
I had booked a weekly clean a month ago - to commence tomorrow to coincide with first open house inspection Saturday. Booking was confirmed with funds held from my bank account. I received a call last night advising the booking was no longer available and they could do next Tuesday- and then again on Thursday. Of absolutely no use to me at all. !
Carpet cleaned well, but scuff marks left on walls
Did a good job of cleaning the carpet, but left a lot of scuff marks and scratches around the base board due to the heavy metal hose that was slammed into the wall as he was cleaning.
Worst company I have ever dealt with
Booked an end of lease clean for my daughter, paid $700 to have windows and walls included. This was supposedly done on Friday 28th May. Landlord inspected property on the Monday and sent through a very long list of items that had not been cleaned. Tried to contact the company, could only get to speak to a person by selecting new service option. Explained that job was not done satisfactorily and they requested we send through property report. They replied the following day stating they would get the cleaning people back to attend to the giant l...ist of things not done on Thursday at 11am. Then called on Thursday to say they wouldn't be there until 2pm. I requested they just refund my money and I would go and clean the place myself. I was told this was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager, was told this was not possible. Cleaners arrived at 2 pm, my daughter was waiting for them, she left to pick her son up and when she returned they were gone, in less than an hour. I rang company back and told them there was no way on earth they got that list done in under an hour. I told them I was going to the house to inspect it. I emailed them a list of all the things that still weren't clean and forwarded them heaps of photos. Today they emailed back saying they have to escalate it to their quality control and will get back to me Monday, I asked for a refund again so I can go and clean it myself, so my daughter is not penalised by the real estate company. Was again told they can't organise a refund. Again I asked them to have a manager call me and was told the person I was emailing [Name Removed], was the only person available and I would have to wait until Monday for an outcome. My advice NEVER EVER give this company 1 cent of your money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have added a few of the many photos so you can get a little idea of what the quality of cleaning is like, this is after they returned to reclean EDIT. Issue has been resolved after considerable escalation. Perth branch is not a reflection of the entire international company.
They have cancel booking, after confirming they are coming. Even they ask for parking to be organized, when I confirm they just cancel the booking with no explanation. Big trouble

Left dead flies in window seal and dirty floor
Absolutely terribly disappointed would never hire them again we now have to clean up after the cleaners. Nearly $500 for absolutely not doing anything I will this further and expect a refund.
Poor Customer Service
The cleaning itself was done well but the Customer Service team were terrible quoted incorrectly so the price changed when it was too late and the service had started . The website is difficult to navigate and when I tried to get my receipt from website after being advised it was there I had to contact call centre to email directly as the receipt was not online as advised. I advised when I first called that I was moving from property and I was not offered any additional services such as pest control and cleaning so having to find separate providers added to the stress of moving already. All in all a very poor experience
Keys taken and door left open
We booked for a clean to be done yesterday. Sales staff were very helpful but cleaners spent considerable time on their phone watching YouTube clips and completing jobs that the were asked not to do before being left alone where they only cleaned the one floor and left leaving the house wide open and taking the keys with them. We were charged for a partial clean but left scrambling and we still don't have the keys back! Very unhappy would not recommend.
The first time they try to reschedule the service for a time unsuitable for me. Second-time wrong person sent for the well describe service. Do not waste your time dealing with them.
The worst … they just cancel even after booking
They book the cleaners and cancel creating total havoc .. all the planning of moving out end of lease due to Fantastic’s inefficiency & unprofessional. Never ever use their services of any kind now or the future
Would note rely on this company
Appalling service - from booking to being able to contact. Canceled a day before at 4 pm, was due to come after 3 weeks of waiting. Stated that they couldn't do a basic clean on 1-year-old furniture in 99% excellent condition. When asked why this was the case they said because I have previously treated a stain on the couch (a bird defecated on my sofa after I left the window open) The stain was easily removed by myself. I didn't want them to do any form of stain removal just to do a basic clean on the furniture to freshen it up. Was quick to t...ake the money out of my bank. The customer service is terrible, the prompting phone service is terrible. Dont waste your time or energy booking with these people who advertise a service they can't even perform. Spend your hard-earned cash on proper service.

Continuously let me down
I’ve been booking this company for around 4-5 months on a fortnightly basis, I was really happy at the start and the cleaning was ok, however after 4 reschedules (2 with 24hrs and 1 with 3 hrs notice) I cannot vouch for their reliability - I’m now working with another company that delivers on their promises.
Didn't even bother to show up or call
Recieved text confirming booking at 4pm day before. Got to booking window and no one showed up. Tried to call gardener and the button in the app wouldn't work. Called fantastic services to finally get a call saying they cancelled as it might rain today. I pointed out there had been no rain in the last hour and if they had turned up they could have done the work. Was told it would rain today so they cancelled. To make matters worse they charged my card in full 5 days BEFORE service so now I have to wait and rely on them to return my money. Absolutely waste of time and money.
Avoid this service
Didn’t come on time the first time. Our place was not cleaned properly. The company uses sub contractors, so finding someone in management was a nightmare. Eventually got a re clean booked (for which I was told I was accidentally charged for) and no one showed..
Have not been able to contact management so time will tell if we get a refund!

They told me marks on tiles could not be removed. However, when I rubbed my finger over them they came off in seconds. I asked them to wipe the doors and door frames in the bathroom. The doors were wiped but the door frames untouched. Again I was told they could not remove them. I wiped them with a damp cloth and they disappeared. They were booked for 1.5 hours and were ready to leave in 1 hour with the job unfinished. I made them clean some of the spots I picked up on them missing but they said spots on the floor in the kitchen w...ere not able to be removed..... Guess what..... A damp cloth and 2 minutes effort removed the spots which were just some drops of spilled sauce. These guys are great for a quick wipe over but that is it. Why did I waste my money on these crooks. Update 10/05/2021: After several emails to the customer support team I was refunded both the membership fee and the 30 minutes that the cleaners did not work. I was also asked if I would be amending my review.

No service yet already charged! Now can’t do Im chasing credit!
I booked this company to clean windows and oven, then a regular fortnight service. I couldn’t believe my Credit card has been charged 5 days before I’ve even received the service, what a cheek, I rang and was told it’s their policy, same excuse we don’t accept cash, that doesn’t explain what gives them the right to charge you before you’ve received the service, my fortnightly service will have to be something special or I will cancel. Update, house Cleaning appalling couldn’t even move a picture on a coffee table to dust underneath everything ...just dusted around, floors still dirty and the place stinks like a toilet. The oven and window cleaner turned up (different person from who quoted), said he couldn’t do job and left. Now I’m trying to get the $296 they charged me 5 days before the job was to be done back. Don’t go here far better places around! I have been given a $45.00 credit for my inconvenience and now got my $296 that they charged me and did nothing credited.
