Bad, unfinished service.
Booked an end of lease cleaning, over $500 for a 2bdrm apartment. Team rescheduled once, not a huge issue, but still annoying, though the cleaners did arrive on time. During the clean, I was called multiple times about how the cleaners wanted to add additional services. I paid extra for a wall spot clean which was not done. I was told that a spot clean 'wouldn't be enough, the walls need to be washed', while I turned this down, no cleaning at all was done to the walls.
Carpets were left with dirt on them. Cupboards were not wiped down, skirti...ng boards and hand rails weren't cleaned. One of the bathrooms was left dirty. It seems that for $500 I paid for a shoddy vacuum, and my oven to be cleaned. Bad value, avoid. Since writing this review, I was contacted by Fantastic Services who agreed to go back and re-clean the property properly. At this time they offered a steam carpet clean for free as a result of the original clean not being done properly. The team were quick to respond to feedback. However, this doesn't change that the original clean was not done properly. I've changed my review to 3 stars (From 2) because of this update.
We booked this "fantastic" company months out for an end of lease clean. They cancelled a week out due to "annual leave request from our team". Very frustrating to find a new cleaner so close to our move out date.
No regard to customer’s time
Cleaners did not arrive. I had to call to find out that they will not be able to do the service. Wasted the day and had to pay extra to my rent cause I had to extend my stay so I can accomodate their next available schedule.
The cleaners are ok but one of them was on the phone for almost the entire time they are cleaning.
A learning experience for the household
Operator arrived in plenty of time and executed his tasks well. He pointed out the procedures he was taking so we could understand them. He also recommended things we could do in the future to avoid a repeat of the problem.
Terrible Cleaners - Avoid!!!
Tried to change the time three times.
Told me I had my booking wrong
Was there cleaning for a total of 23 minutes and 15 hours later my carpets are still sopping wet.
Atrocious. Do not use.
AVOID!! Cost me bond! Place was filthy! And they refused to fix it.
The worst clean I have ever seen and their customer service is appalling. Staff lied and went back ok their offer of fixing it.
Floor, shower, cupboards, walls all filthy!
Worst Ever! Totally Unreliable
First they moved my appointment which meant I had to change my work schedule, then they cancelled an hour before the rescheduled appointment. It was an end of lease clean. This company cannot be trusted. They are unreliable.
Absolutely horrendous service
We booked Fantastic Cleaning services for an end of lease clean. After pre paying for the service, we were incredibly disappointed when the cleaning crew showed up on the day and then within 10 minutes told us they couldn't clean our property and left. They were incredibly rude, took photos of everything they thought was too dirty (generic wear and tear of a property) and laughed at my housemate when she asked what the issues were. After reducing my housemate to tears they left the property without even offering any information on how to get a ...refund, and we had to scramble to find a new cleaning company in order to complete our EOL clean in time. We finally were able to secure a refund but the stress and time wasted is not worth it-don't book this company unless you wanted to be laughed at, belittled and ultimately disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Not even a first Clean!
I booked for a number of Spring Cleaning Services. Could only get a booking after 3 weeks (which I did book), I also joined the membership club. I had to reschedule my clean and could only get it scheduled for another 3 weeks! Two days before my appointment, Fantastic have told me that I will need to wait another 5 weeks to get my place cleaned!!!! Outrageous! I have obviously cancelled and requested my membership payment to be refunded. Very disappointed as I have now waited 5 weeks for my spring clean and now have to find another provider.

I'm not able get through to them on the phone. The message says to use the app and then hangs up on me. Booking system is not great either. Changes don't get processed quickly and they often cancel on you at short notice.
They have damaged our oven
We have been using Fantastic Cleaning for about three years and they have always done a great job in our home. Unfortunately, last week (2 August 2021) the cleaners that attended our home made a very poor attempt of cleaning our oven (in which we had paid an additional $124 for the service) and in the process damaged the left and right shelf slides (which combined will cost us $114 to replace).
We have provided photos of the uncleanliness left in the oven and a video of the damage done to the shelf slides which can no longer fully extend beca...use they have been bent. We have placed an external complaint against Fantastic today to have our cleaning fee refunded because to this date there has been no accountability or remorse shown by anyone from Fantastic for what has occurred. We thought that part of the appeal of using a company like Fantastic is peace of mind that we would be covered for any damages caused by their cleaners. However, this experience has shown that we were wrong. Also, be aware that when booking a service with Fantastic they automatically deduct the full amount of the service from you prior to the job being completed, which means that if they do not deliver as they have promised you are left scrambling to have whatever you paid to them refunded. UPDATE 03/09/2021 - after repeated denials by Fantastic regarding what had occurred with our oven and after we had threatened to report them to our credit card issuer to reverse the charge for the full cleaning job of our home (i.e. not just the oven component) they have agreed to refund the cleaning service of our oven and to fully cover the cost to replace the damaged shelf slides.
Terrible experience, disappointment and no bond refund guarantee
Terrible services - We booked end of lease cleaning services and were assured of a guaranteed bond refund. The cleaners did a mediocre job - entrance door, wall marks, carpet marks, toilet floor, skirtings and shower floor were all left as is. They cancelled the bond refund immediately on the day of services. They charged $80 extra towards wall cleaning and also $100 for taking 1 hour extra of cleaning and didn't even clean it properly. When asked for refund, they kept saying that the walls and carpets were beyond cleaning and had worn out. The...y even suggested to get the wall painted as that was the only way out. We hired another agency to do the end of lease professional cleaning for us and they performed the job very well. We did not have to paint any of the walls, all the skirtings were thoroughly cleaned, kitchen benchtops and shower looked sparkly clean. I would never recommend Fantastic Services to anyone ever. Attaching few photos taken after fantastic services completed their "cleaning"! What a poor quality cleaning!!!
Dishonest company, difficult to trust them when they work within your home - new management recently?
They use false customer service personnel name.
They send cleaners who are not the named cleaners.
Fantastic membership is a gimmick and very very poor regular cleaning service. Do not bother!
Plenty of double booking of jobs, where one will end up waiting for the cleaning appointment all day and the staff only arrive hours later.
To contact the cleaners, there is no real customer service line to contact them.
Be ready to be holding onto the phone for half an hour ( you might as well do your own cleaning, but the service cannot be cancelle...
The guys did a great job and worked with me on key areas. Did unfortunately leave a couple of marks on walls bit they were easy to get out myself.

Booking process was average at best however if you use fantastic cleaning ask for Shah.
He was polite, on time and took pride in his work. Went the extra mile
Fantastic cleaning average but Shah is great and I would highly recommend him.
