4 weeks and still waiting
Ordered something in Melbourne on 14th Sept, which is only 42kms away. Picked up by Snailway and taken to Melbourne depot on 15th Sept. And there it sits for 4 weeks and counting. Contacted through their website (48 hours for reply). It's over a week & no reply. Cannot ring, just answer machine. Pathetic excuse for a "Courier Service". Unfortunately had to give 1 star. The item was quite urgent, now it's just, shut up & wait to see if it arrives. I never would have placed the order if I new they used "Fastway". I have never had a good experience with these clowns. I can't believe they actually charge for this non existant service
Absolutely appalling service
Do yourself a favour and save yourself some heartache. Worst Courier company I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. If you are in business-DO NOT USE THEM. Only one of Multiple parcels for the one address not delivered, parcels lost or damaged, the list goes on.
Can this company just go bankrupt
I can’t believe this is the company who hire third party drivers who doesn’t even do deliver, I can see my parcel been in and out for two days they still don’t deliver.

Still waiting for my delivery over 4 week now ,from the supplier who use sent on 31 of August by fastway .
Unbelievable this fastway depot at Chullora only 15 minute from where i live.

Bad service no phone number to call them on only loge email enquired but neve get a response parcel said deliver today didn’t get for 3 more days long delivery

Been waiting for this item for weeks - checked mailbox everyday, nothing.
Then checked tracking and turns out it was delivered a week ago.
That's impossible since I've been home 24/7 for the past 8 weeks due to lock down.
I live in apartment block and I've searched every single corner and the parcel is just not there.
It was never left. Door bell never rang. Absolute rubbish. And since I bought from Amazon, they won't take responsibility for items marked as delivered.
Will never buy from Amazon, and will never buy from any supplier who sends with Fastway.
Awful - Do not use at all costs
This company rarely delivers to my home in the western suburbs of Melbourne. They delivered a medication to the wrong address. they often don't leave calling cards, I have to find the information from sellers
Terrible, incompetent company.
Asked for an update, as I have been waiting for over a month for delivery. Was sent back one sentence. "Sent to claims". Presuming this means it's lost. No apology, nothing. Went back to sender who will refund me. Ridiculous company.

Fastway never replied to numerous Requests for tracking and my resultant cancellation/ return to sender
3 weeks to cross Sydney is a joke!
Do yourself a favour and find another seller if the seller sends via Fastway…. The only way they might get the message is when their business fails as it should!

Order two items from two different websites. Sadly, they used Fastway Couriers.....
It been 2 to 3 weeks and i still not have received my item from the same State!!!
This is an embarrassment, as I received Parcels faster from CHINA and Other States.....
Aramex close your shame of a business or clean up your act
I'm surprised how Aramex (Fastway) is even able to run their business. This is the 3rd time in 2 entirely different suburbs that they have marked the item delivered but it wasn't. My cctv doesn't even show anyone arrive and it's so sensitive it captures even birds come by.
After so many negative reviews over the years they still haven't improved .. I've requested my supplier to resend via different provider

Package was not picked up on agreed time and they tried to blame us for the delay. 20% of the shipments did not arrive to their addresses.... Aramex/Fastway claims that it is still en route which is over 2 weeks now!! What a joke, I would have walked and delivered it myself if I knew it would take over 2 weeks (even Australia Post isn't that bad!).... One of the delivery was picked up from Sydney Metro and to be delivered less than 10kms away. No helpful staff to speak to and emails are never answered. Customer service has a standard response. One of the boxes got kicked and it was damaged badly... You are supposed to be a COURIER company, that is your sole job to deliver parcels. If Aramex/Fastway is reading this, Please investigate your drivers/sorting facility as they are deliberately damaging the parcels!!!! The deliveries were addressed to st peters and lane cove area...

Absolutely useless,pay for express freight and wait over 3 weeks from Sydney to perth&they don't even reply when contacted.shouldnt be in business!!!

My parcel has taken over two weeks to go from Melbourne to Sydney. When getting in touch with customer service person Racquel she would only give me copy and paste responses and did not provide any assistance.
I will now refuse to shop with anyone who uses Fastway/ Aramex as their shipping carrier.

Weeks Late. Damaged. No tracking. No notification. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid if possible. I'd pick up the package myself if they actually knew it's location. Their the worst. Do not use !

It is nearly coming to a week now and was told it would be delivered this weekend which is sadly not the case. I ordered a small small package and it came only two days after the estimated delivery date, so Im hoping my package will come sometime this coming week!
I am aware that the business is having big delays and was just wondering how long did it take for them to deliver domestically (NSW) to your doorstep, just want to gain an estimate for when my package will arrive, if it does! Could it also be better to pick it up personally even though it is 40 mins away and especially during COVID 5km restrictions? I anyone has picked it up personally let me know, would like hear what you went through.
