He didn't buzz and he left it outside the mailbox...got stolen.
Don't use this courier. Terrible service, I ordered a game last week , they said they delivered it, but they left it half outside the mailbox, so it got stolen from someone else.
Funny part was that I was at home. They could have just buzzed!!!!
And they said by email that is not their problem now because there wasn't any sign receipt.
Horrible!!!! Don't use them!!!!
WORST SERVICE EVER
Delivery #1 from Sydney NSW - Melb - Food products delivered with insulated foam box upside down. Looked like it had been tossed around when I opened it. Interior insulation was all broken and had leaked all over food products (juices).

Driver last week threw parcel from front yard at brick wall beside front door ,landing on concrete didn't even knock!,same driver did it again today! Have contacted both sender's .Next time I will return to sender for full refund at his cost.

I have so much history with this mob! Today they delivered package damaged. Now they are being so rude in their emails.....

Worst delivery company
Rubbish, every time they said we missed you but they lazy never comes home because they take all parcels to collections centre ,easy to them please no one use them again
Have a delivery that has been marked as "Delivered". I was home the entire day and there was no knock or buzzer pressed. There is NO PARCEL. There is no evidence of delivery or letter informing of next steps. There has been no delivery. The customer service is abysmal, there is no way to follow this up. The delivery has apparently disappeared and Fastway are making it incredibly difficult to follow it up. Horrible, horrible service.
Terrible and careless
Today a delivery from m fast way courier,he just threw my parcel over the gate to my driveway .
This is an electrical appliance and When I quickly ran out to ask him as why he threw instead of placing inside the gate ,he stated complain to fast way .
Also it was close to road anyone could have taken it away if I had not seen him .

It's hopeless , l saw this courier driver throw my parcel from 1 meter far and it landed not even close to my front door. He literally threw!!. I was gobsmacked !! Before I could open my door and shout at him he was long gone. These people have no sense of responsibility. We pay for the items and delivery....and to get this kind of service is so low...!!. Shame on Fast way couriers.!!! .

This saga went on for nearly 2 weeks - they attempted "first delivery" on Wednesday 20th... claimed i wasn't home "umm hello...we are experiencing something called Covid...we are all Home at the moment" i called on the Friday, they said redelivery would happen the following tuesday.... it didn't. i called on Wednesday...oh we don't know when your parcel will be delivered since it got lost in the depot.... i pulled out the big guns of "deliver by Friday or i will log a complaint with the ACCC". Saw that my parcel status got updated to On board f...or delivery yesterday, i called and they confirmed it would be delivered by 5pm (shocker it wasn't) it was updated again this morning saying out for delivery....to my surprise the status got updated with " you can pick it up 2 suburbs over where it got dropped off to a parcel collect" instead of my house like i had originally paid for. i called them and they said ...oh the driver said you weren't there..... i said that is a lie cause i was sitting my by front door since 9am waiting for this delivery... it was NEVER attempted. NEVER USE this company. you get the run around from their so called "Customer Service" team - they can't be bothered following simple instructions, and make customers (US) go to some random place cause they are too damm incompetent to deliver their business model correctly.
Disgusted with the attitude of the no uniformed delivery agent
Delivered Item in a damaged, unusable state. The box had been smashed and contents was broken and had all but leaked out into it's protective bubble wrapping. The driver was in a hired van, no uniform and refused to give his details. He complained that he would have to pay for this item as I refused delivery, this is not my problem as the item ordered was NOT Fit For Purpose, unusable and the container empty of its contents. Advised the company I purchased from, supplied pictures and they will not use Fastway in future. Disgusted with drivers a...ttitude, like it's my fault? He should learn to properly stack items so small liquid filled containers are not crushed. Lucky I was home or he would have just left the damaged goods at my gate for me to deal with. Just not up to an acceptable standard of service that we the customer have paid for. Do your job, take care and you will not get complaints.
lazy and stupid
Parcel instructions were "attempt signature then ATL + 2 photos" What did they do? No attempt to come to property, no attempt to obtain a signature no attempt to put IN the post box. Just leave it on the grass verge by the road...

Double box package just Sydney to Sydney but how difficult they made it damaged? but nothing fastway they take any responsibility. They happy to made it damage because seller would be resent and double paid.

This would have to be the worse parcel/delivery company I have even dealt with ... Over a week to get an overnight small parcel from Toowoomba to their depot in Brisbane and then back to Ipswich.
Once again this company has shown they are hopeless... They delivered a parcel to my address yesterday 27.02.2020 and this is the email I sent to Amazon re the issue...
I ordered a XBOX Controller charging unit and it was apparently delivered yesterday. I checked our mail/parcel box a number of times yesterday as it was to be delivered then. Today ...my wife went to the shops and our front electric gate stuck half way open and she tried again and it keep sticking half way. She called me and I found my parcel was jammed between the gate and a post support for the front garden bed and this was causing the gate to jam... SO I have a $500 Mail/Parcel letter box in my front fence which can take a full box of A4 paper reams .... The letter/parcel box has a slot for letter and the words "PARCELS Pull Open" above this slot which allows parcels to be placed into the mail/parcel box. It appears that your delivery service 'Fastway' can not read and have just thrown the parcel over the fence no where near the letter box and it has landed between the gate and the retaining wall for the garden bed and as the gate opened has been pushed against a support post and jammed the gate.

H4te using Amazon i.e. destructive monopoly and rarely do. They do however use an equally disgusting courier company - Fastway. Had I known this prior I would not have bought from Amazon.
As standard, Fastways driver could not have 1) pushed the buzzer, 2) knocked on the door or 3) left the package in the gap between the screen door and front door. Yes, the last time the drivers, yes 2 drivers could not get out of their vans to walk up and push the button to let us know to open the door; backwards and forth phone calls and problems thereafter....
I ordered a game from Amazon and fastway were the one delivering it. It arrived on time but when I opened the package I was shocked on how they managed to destroy the game case inside a well made package. Never again will I use fastway and I highly recommend anyone else to not use their service
