By far the worst courier on this planet Incomepetent drivers who can't see someone is home. Telephone staff that promise one thing and don't deliver. Had to wait 3 days for these imbeciles.

Dodgy Drivers and Liars
Bought something online. Was home all day when I received an SMS that a delivery has been attempted and card left.
NO delivery attempted and NO card left.
Just dodgy – I wander why the sellers are using this courier.
Either pick up the game or close the doors and get out of this industry.
They Are Complete Rubbish & They Know It & Couldn't Care Less
I have had umpteen problems with these guys. Their delivery drivers stay on their phone calls to their mates even when they are standing on your doorstep. They pressure you into signing quickly and can never answer any questions. I even had a few times where they dumped deliveries that required a signature on my doorstep when I wasn't him and signed it themselves! Where on earth is the regulation for this industry???

Beware!!! Rotten to the core
I bought a $1000 laptop from a reputable seller on Ebay. Promised guaranteed delivery within 5 days of order. Tracking details appeared on the 2nd day. Then on the 3rd day "Undeliverable" contact Sydney Depot. I call and find out it is an overseas service; no local support. While they are courteous and polite, not much they can do but raise a ticket. 4th day...nothing happens..so I contact seller to help me. He replies promptly and will step in. Suddenly it is now in Delivery status. But by 5th day...nothing happens. So I give an ultimat...um to the seller that i will start refund/canceling proceedings if I do not receive item in 5 days. 7th day....a neighbor says he saw a package addressed to me left in the front gate of our Complex!! Brazen unprofessional conduct. This is signature required; or they could have brought to Fastway Pickup Outlet nearby. At the same time tracking status changes to "Delivered" and "Signature" obtained!!. Worse service ever.
Avoid at all cost
Took 3 weeks to deliver an item from Sydney to Melbourne then left the package at the front door as it was a small item it could have fitted in our letterbox where it would safe. Idiot Drivers.
Do not use!
My package was given a delivery date and wasn’t delivered. Was told to wait a further 3 days for delivery and this wasn’t emailed to me I had to find out when I went to track the parcel. I paid for it and no offer of a refund either. When I rang them the enquiry for it wouldn’t be dealt with for 3 days either. I needed this parcel for an important part of my course and I can use them it’s very frustrating!
WORST EVER COURIER
Second time in 1 week the courier has left the parcel in an unsafe place and right on top of ants nest in sun!!!! I work from home so there 24/7 and my office is literally right next to front door, they didn’t even bother to knock. Disgusted with this service, avoid like the plague

Received an email update that parcel on board for delivery wrong! Checked the website and it states now delayed.
How can a parcel be delayed when it’s on the truck!
How do these people stay in business
1. Received inaccurate tracking details
2. No follow up as to when I will receive my item
Stupid Driver and unreliable team
So I bought numerous of items from Amazon. Sadly one of the seller decided to use fast way as courier. I had two parcels arriving at same day , one of them is from Fastway.
So the other parcel delivered nice and quick, while I got email from fastway says driver couldn't find my address. Fastway just so you know it's a giant two story business building and there is only one business there !
And I called explained to customer service team nicely and they promised will have my parcel delivered on the same day. Of course they didn't.
Called ne...xt day went through the whole same story and promised to delivered either on the same day I called or next day. This is the third day after I received my FIRST email from amazon says my parcel will be delivered today. YOU lier and lazy morons just same as your brother company couriers please.While you disgraceful and lazy driver or management asking for pay rise get your eyes open to see how other global couriers does.
Probably the worst couriers on the planet
Fastways couriers is arguably the worst courier around and does everything wrong - if you are buying online, extremely important you write "do not use Fastways Couriers!" to save yourself untold trouble and stress later. Their business model revolves around operating very cheaply and offering retailers a low price for online deliveries, but resulting in enormous headaches for customers when things go pear-shaped with nearly every delivery. Just pay more so you can avoid them, they make Australia Post look like angels!!
Look at my 3 experiences...with them so far: Experience 1.) Package arrived two days late, a calling card was left and I was able to pick it up from a run-down franchisee office from staff who cant speak English. This is the best case scenario you will ever get. Experience 2.) Package again comes two days later than advertised; I get a call at 5.45pm from a Fastways driver who couldn't speak a single word of English. He didn't understand when I said "leave a calling card and I will pick it up at the depot". And when I get home...he left the calling card but it was blank....package stayed in his van and went back to the main depot 40km away. I didn't get it until 7 business days later - 10 working days late!!! Customer service rude, obnoxious, unsympathetic and unhelpful in the extreme.
From here on will check who the courier is before ordering from any online source.
Claimed no-one was home (yes we were) Claimed to have left a card in the letter box. (no they didn't) Informed me I should collect the item, I said NO!, you were paid to deliver it and that's what you'll do.
Three separate days were nominated but they didn't show. Seven days later it arrived damaged.
The postal issue generally is the main reason I installed CCTV cameras. On this occassion it paid off. No attempted courier delivery was recorded nor any card dropping on the day they claimed they attempted delivery.
I hope my experience isn't indicative of the service others get from this company but I wont knowingly be using them ever again.
Disgusted with Fastway
Encountered the worst postal service ever when receiving a package from Fastway.
Left a calling card with a whole different label number on it, even though the time they said they come people were home.
When I rang them, I was told it would take 2 business days to re deliver. After the 2 days and nothing, rang again and got the same response. They then said they had come again 2 days later and left another card, which they did not. Rang again only to be told that I would have to pay a fee of $5.50 for re delivery. I know now that that's what this company does to gain extra money. Shame.
I ended up going to pick the parcel up myself.
The Fastway I'm talking about is the one in Sydney. Ridiculous and very unprofessional.
What a freaking joke. Abysmal service
I ordered goods from Victoria, which were dispatched promptly and made their way to Tasmania within the week, fairly standard for couriers and a disadvantage of living on the island state.
The supposed 'delivery attempts', and a complete lack of ability to then follow my redelivery request instructions have led me to write this review.
Fastway 'attempted' delivery last Friday, knocking on my door, and bailing after what would seriously have been about 15 seconds, leaving a card in my letterbox. We literally answered the door as they were gett...ing into their van. I requested redelivery on the following Monday. Nobody showed up, no card left, and online tracking again said delivery was 'attempted'. This is frankly crap, as someone was home all day. Disgruntled, I gave clear instructions to attempt redelivery, and if nobody was home, to leave the package at my front door today, Tuesday.
3 parcels, all late
So far I've had three parcels delivered through these guys. All of them have been two to three weeks late. No reason given, complaints ignored and no damn given.
Don't use them. Thankfully I've managed to get my other parcel sent through auspost, which is sad.

Forget making a claim.. As this department doesn't exist so no one will will never ever respond.

The world's worst courier!
This has got to be the worst courier service to have ever existed.
I ordered a package online and 2 weeks later, the box arrived crushed and the item broken.
The sender delivered the same item again, however, this time the item never arrived.
After contacting the sender and receiving a tracking number, I found that fastway was holding my item at their depot. They claimed to have left a calling card of which I did not receive.
I had to request "redelivery" when delivery was not attempted to begin with.
3 weeks later my parcel arrived and agai...
Worst customer service I've ever experienced
I wasn't home to collect so instead of putting the caller card in my mail box they left it on the floor of my apartment building common area! The only reason I saw it was that I picked up the trash paper to throw away. Instead of leaving my package at the local collection point they took it all the way back to depot (1 hour drive away). I tried several times to redirect it from there. Website broken every time so I called. The lady on the phone was nice but useless, essentially saying she couldn't do anything for me and when she passed me to m...anagement they promised to redirect it but never did. FINALLY the website worked and allowed me to redirect my package to a new address (which they charge for). Instead of delivering to that address they redelivered to the same address again. Luckily this time they actually bothered to leave it at my local collection point. It has taken me 1.5 months to get my package at this point. 0/10 do not recommend.
Worst Service By Far/Where is the Zero or Minus Star Rating ?
I have been waiting for a parcel for a month and a half and it still hasn't arrived, I have contacted them at least 10 times and each time they have given me a different story, my parcel is damaged and undeliverable, we are signing a new contract with a new delivery service, I'm just going down to the depot now and we will call you by the close of business, I'll send you a text once i locate it, its all been a bunch of crap, i have had nothing but false promises and lies from every person i have spoken with, I have just had a call from them and...apparently the parcel isn't damaged or undeliverable its just that these NOWAY/SLOWWAY alleged couriers just cant get their story straight, this is one of the most unprofessional so called service providers i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, the ebay site i bought my product from have dropped them as their preferred courier due to this giant stuff up and even they tell me its not the first time they have had an issue with them.... lies, lies, lies and then to top that off, more lies, how on earth do they survive in such a competitive market i do not know, surely its only a matter of time before they go up, I have now been told that i will receive my parcel by Sunday.......I doubt it somehow as this has been their story all along, dangle the carrot in front of my face just to never get it, apparently their service provider in this area can't be bothered coming to my area today as they promised me yesterday so now I have been informed the manager is going to make a special trip, What a joke!!!
The absolute worst courier
Worst courier service I have ever dealt with, I can’t believe they are still in business, waited over a month for a delivery, contacted fast way 4 times via email and 3 phone calls trying to find out where my delivery was and when to expect delivery - was told my parcel was somewhere in their warehouse and they have no idea as to when it will be delivered - worst service I have ever experienced. Always a major hassle to deal with on every delivery.
FASTWAY IS THE NOWAY
Fastway were a decent delivery service some years ago, now they have bitten more than they can chew with international services etc and its incredibly lousy. My delivery from china is a week overdue, its been sitting in a warehouse somewhere in sydney 8 days now waiting for dispatch, fastway want me to contact the guy in china? Why?-to locate it, since they dont know where it is, DOPES
The service of this company is so bad it is laughable.
My parcel arrived in Melbourne to be delivered on Monday, still has not been delivered.
This is another company that lies or has staff that lie. How hard can it be to actually provide the service you have been paid for. The must employ a lot of terrible delivery people.
So you are warned - do not use FASTWAY.
They do not even deserve one star, it should be less.
July 10th 2019 Update: Do not use this company
Once again this company has failed to delivery items, once again the excuses they come up with are pathetic. If you buy anything online, on eBay or anywhere else, first make sure they do not use this company to deliver it as they are totally incompetent.
