One of the worst couriers in Australia
Order two items from two different websites. Sadly, they used Fastway Couriers.....
It been 2 to 3 weeks and i still not have received my item from the same State!!!
This is an embarrassment, as I received Parcels faster from CHINA and Other States.....
Aramex close your shame of a business or clean up your act
I'm surprised how Aramex (Fastway) is even able to run their business. This is the 3rd time in 2 entirely different suburbs that they have marked the item delivered but it wasn't. My cctv doesn't even show anyone arrive and it's so sensitive it captures even birds come by.
After so many negative reviews over the years they still haven't improved .. I've requested my supplier to resend via different provider

Absolutely useless,pay for express freight and wait over 3 weeks from Sydney to perth&they don't even reply when contacted.shouldnt be in business!!!
Terrible Service. DO NOT USE
My parcel has taken over two weeks to go from Melbourne to Sydney. When getting in touch with customer service person Racquel she would only give me copy and paste responses and did not provide any assistance.
I will now refuse to shop with anyone who uses Fastway/ Aramex as their shipping carrier.

Weeks Late. Damaged. No tracking. No notification. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid if possible. I'd pick up the package myself if they actually knew it's location. Their the worst. Do not use !
Package not delivered - no customer support cant be contacted
The package I ordered never turned up, they have no support and never respond to emails, there is no contact phone number - it is 100% SCAM company never use them ever

The fastway company is the Werrist delivery company in one week 2 parcel.. one of them from grays online was lost and the other on from Amazon take them 8 days in side Sydney and they failed to deliver I have to cancel the item and wait for 10 days to get my money back. Consider changing your name to slow way or s***way.
As part of Australian Standards we have a clause about Misleading and deceptive advertising. Fastway are misleading and deceptive by retaining the name Fastway. Nothing about them is fast it’s not even suitable.
If you want a company to take days to deliver in the same metro area. Then you’ve got your company.
If you want a company that will keep you on waiting for over an hour oh boy have you got your company.
If you want a company that will tell you that they can’t find your address and to call to rearrange a delivery to not be able to give you a firm time and take over 2 weeks. You got it with Fastway!
Fastway doesn't care!
I've been an online shopper for more than 15 years. Hands down, if I ever see that a seller is using Fastway you know that the following will happen
1. The item may never arrive
2. If it does, expect a massive delay
3. If it does arrive, often "delivery"= left a depot
But we are all wasting our time writing these reviews... Fastway doesn't care, their shareholders don't care nor does their CEO... Why?
Incompetent and lazy
Absolutely abysmal. Please avoid this shipping company. I unfortunately made an online order and customer doesn’t get a say in which courier they want. This store used Shippit through FastWay. Had a parcel that apparently was “delivered” I was home all day anticipating the order. I wrote to the company a day or so later requesting evidence that it had been delivered. Got a response with the following photo. I live on a main busy street and there’s no way this would have lasted long for me to actually safely retrieve the parcel. Please do not use this service unless you want lazy and I competent drivers. Absolutely abysmal. I would give your company 0 stars if I could. Shocking.
First parcel turned up smashed into tiny pieces but the box was fine. No idea how they smashed it. Second parcel is sitting in a depot and has been for 3 days since they received it. I'm guessing it also will be destroyed.
Fastway is the worst delivery service in this country. I recall 3 loss of parcels, the seller was using Fastway for each one. They have renamed themselves to Aramex but it's still the same old rubbish service.
11:00am in the morning, sent enquiry to their WhatsApp.
By the way, scanning their QR code using WhatsApp doesn't work, I had to use Wechat!
8:32pm, no response.
Tracking claimed the delivery was due "today", since the day before yesterday.
Don't use these people
We have had 3 deliveries from this mob and on each occasion they don't bother to deliver it to our apartment, but just drop at a nearby convenience store. Today the parcel which we have been chasing up for over a week, was not even at the convenience store. They are absolutely useless and should be avoided at all costs. Never trust a company that uses an expressive adjective like "fast" in their name. It always turns out to be the opposite
Terrible courier service
If there was an option to give less than one star i would! I wont buy anything that is going to be sent by this company. They are slow, poor communication and your packages disapppear on a regular basis.
What a rubbish service. Can never find my address...but aus post can..redirect to a business address in the city but still can’t find it?
Takes forever and they don’t have any customer service. Absolute joke of a service. NEVER USE THEM. This was an eBay package and this isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with these idiots. I avoid them and I suggest you do to.
DUMPED - not DELIVERED
The Package was left on a busy street and stolen. Aramex proudly showed photo of this and refused to communicate any further. DELIVERED apparently has a broad meaning to these people.
Says calling card left, no one to contact to get redelivered. Tracker says in transit for several days and no collection point details.
One parcel, sent strict instruction not to throw parcel over fence as dog would get it...of course what did they do?? Thank god dog didnt get sick!! Absolutely hopeless! Even Aus Post is better...so that says something.
No wonder they changed their name from Fastway.....
Worst Postal Service to Date!
Im not one to usually leave reviews but Fastway have been the worst postal company I have ever seen and experienced. There have been multiple occasions where items are extremely late, the courier driver not leaving pickup notes and just poor customer service in general. Avoid at all costs!
They still use donkeys for deliveries, that's why it takes few weeks to do a local delivery, poor animals without any rights, no jobkeeper, wonder if they are issued with masks.

have ordered items twice ,both times to be delivered by fastway couriers,but the problem is that they dont deliver to my area of brisbane,both times parcels have arrived at brisbane depot and been returned to sender,why do they receceive parcels to areas that they dont deliver to,as far as customer service goes there is none

I regularly receive business parcels from China through Fastway.
It is an issue.
Parcel sits at a Sydney sorting facility for 2plus weeks and Fastways deny having received the parcel when an enquiry is made.
On every single occasion that I’ve made an enquiry/lodged a complaint my parcel is “out for delivery” within 24 hours....How is this possible when the item had not been tracking at all the day before, and you claim not to have had it? Idk if they are lazy or incompetent, but ridiculous company..

It is not possible to call Aramex / Fastway. Whenever you call, there is a comment that they are busy. Waited 30 minutes once with nothing. Have sent emails, to be told that a parcel was delivered. Then sent them the security footage to show delivery person arriving and leaving, no evidence of parcel being dropped off. No signature obtained either. After 3 weeks, no response.
He didn't buzz and he left it outside the mailbox...got stolen.
Don't use this courier. Terrible service, I ordered a game last week , they said they delivered it, but they left it half outside the mailbox, so it got stolen from someone else.
Funny part was that I was at home. They could have just buzzed!!!!
And they said by email that is not their problem now because there wasn't any sign receipt.

Delivery took a week longer then estimated and arrived only 1 out of 3 boxes...
What to do next is not clear...

I ordered items from Melbourne which were dispatched by Riot the next working day and they arrived at the Sydney depot overnight.
My delivery then sat at the depot until I sent an inquiry.
My parcels were then dispatched and I tracked it all around my suburb to within 100m of my house. (They were actually in my street 3 times)
I then tracked it disappearing into the distance and making a tour of most of the Sutherland Shire before it returned to the depot.
Again I sent a 2nd inquiry and my parcels were again dispatched the next day but this ti...
