Fastway was already the worst company in the world and after the merge with Aramex, it's beyond worst!!
I am amazed by how this company still exists after so many complaints with low-quality staff.
Their customer service is non-existent and the drivers are not responsible and with bad manners.
Absolutely useless, i can't understand how this company is still operational.

Double box package just Sydney to Sydney but how difficult they made it damaged? but nothing fastway they take any responsibility. They happy to made it damage because seller would be resent and double paid.

Atrocious service (actual and customer)
Terrible experience. Irreparably damaged my package, refused to admit it or even respond to emails for over 2 weeks, then informed me it was my responsibility to arrange a replacement. Unreliable + unfriendly.
Stay away from Fastway / Mailman, a turtle would deliver faster than these guys
Worst courier company around let alone they continue to lose your parcels as there franchises haven't the correct facilities to sort out there parcels and do it on the side of the road which i have footage off on a military dash cam. we sent 2 parcels to the same person 1 week apart the 1st 1 has diapered into thin air even though it shows it was scanned onto vehicle, the 2nd 1 which was sent a week after the 1st arrived on the 15/11/2019 7 days late. We also sent a parcel to the A.C.T again scanned onto truck however has vanished like a Houdin...i act, we have raised it with fast way and mailman on a number of occasions however they never get back to you with answers, all our parcels have signature upon delivery marked on the front yet they leave parcels on front doors as if they cannot read, well after finding out most there workers are working on the 464 visa tells me why. I am advised they are changing there name however old saying you can not polish an old t..d like in this case. both fast slow way and mailman should be shut down as there practice is far from honest, there customer service a 2 year old would be better talking to and there tracking well you must ask what tracking as they carry out 1 scan then it vanishes. I must say the Queensland side of fast track / mailman is on the ball as is some other states but Victoria there all as dumb and dumber. I know of 8 major companies that have since given fast way / mailman the boot and now use sendle who is couriers please & Australia post who are perfect. Funny thing how mailman do not send there own parcels with there service as they use Australia post, tells me plenty now as i ordered an item from officeworks and it was delivered by Australia post. Stay well away from fast Slow way & Mailman in Victoria and those who have parcels missing well fast way / mailman are accountable for the following reasons, they claim all parcels are tracked from point to point in every depot, that is a lie, they give you free signature on delivery yet they fail to carry this out and then claim the sender gave authority to leave, another lie as many have stated not the case and we take photos of our parcels which clearly shows in big letters signature on delivery, once they have picked it up they are responsible for the loss of any items and your local consumer affairs will notify you that is the case, as for there delivery times well they only have a limited vehicles that can deliver and pass your items onto forwarding agents which they must advise you off if your the sender, they also change the tracking details so you cant track your parcel as a sender or receiver, then try placing blame on the forwarder however fast slow way are still accountable as is mailman as they are 1 and the same company. We sent another item last week with an Australian federal police gps tracking unit in the parcel, they claim the parcel has been delivered however the gps shows its in there Port Melbourne depot till this day, so they will have explaining to do as the AFP will be investigating as will other federal / Commonwealth agencies and mailman will also be in the firing line more so it has been raised with mailman in emails 4 times and they to claim its been delivered. GPS trackers are accurate especially when they have been placed in the item to prove a point about this service and lack off customer service. I was also talking to another business that has had like 22 parcels go astray in 2 weeks and they have involved the media & gave us the number of the producer running that will be investigating then running the story, we had a chat and they will be coming to see us along with many others, i really want to be a fly on the wall when they storm these guys HQ in Port Melbourne cause 1 of 2 things will happen, 1 they will lock them out and hide or 2 deny there is issues however they can deny as much as they want as customers will be present with emails and other evidence that will put polinski in his place. Then there is the criminal charges that will come along with further action from Consumer Law and ACCC. They are saying change is coming as there name is changing / however was told by 1 of there customer service agents who didn't no it was a Tuesday as he kept referring its Friday and tried telling me that fast slow way / mailman has been taken over by another company, pffft yer right and i am a spaceman going to Mars cause they are changing there name so due to all the bad honest feedback they are receiving and has been left on them. I bet they will find a majority of parcels in there xmas stockings as they are far from fast or honest let alone can carry out the service customers pay for. They would not be able to deliver a fart to be honest. So my advise is stay well clear from these guys unless they get a heap of monkies and pay them bananas as i bet monkies would do a much better job than these clowns. November 22nd 2019 Update: Dirty Freaking liars fraudsters thieves The worst of the worst low life so called couriers far from that. They only way they survive is by ripping the customers off, Today however they made a mistake that will cost them as every email they send between each other on lost items is seen by a group of specialists who catch out liars like this mob. No excuses they can make now. Worst of all they also not only did not deliver a poor child's wheelchair that sat in 1 of there depot for 3 weeks but the parents drove to depot to collect and found warehouse staff using it like a dodgem car, the vision says it all as they are low life scums. bad karma is coming like igor vs peter & the chop busters its comes back 10 fold. expect legal action to commence including against your claims department another lot of in house fraudsters as they took our bait to prove what they do to there clients. they will be enjoyed in the prison system this mob. November 26th 2019 Update: Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwway is more an accurate description Slowway have lost 6 of my parcels sent via mailman, they have in there own monetary terms which they believe is accepted at 35% with there loss adjusters refunded 4, there is 1 major parcel that has been missing vanished from there depot since october 31st like many others lodged an online claim form but before hitting I am not a robot printed it of as once you hit that then mailman / slowway do not send you any confirmation you lodged it. I have an email after a call from there claims department stating I better do it as I have 3 days to fill this in mind you I did previously as 2 did other depots I spoke with that have confirmed it. Now there claims department claim they do not have it when officeworks stated whilst a third party was in on the call that it has been sent to them. These people are liars as well as scamming thieves. It does not end there, we personally had to track down a further 6 parcels they lost as both mailman / slowway do not have live tracking as claimed if anything they haven't a system that works. They are not couriers more a forwarding agents who sent me a pm saying there a little like mcdonalds, pfft far from it as when you order in maccas or drive thru they do not lose your order between the cooking wrapping station to you where slowway has trouble scanning your parcel on board which is then lost or vanishes. These guys are nothing but rouges that are yet again been investigated by asic as I found a complaint page where asic want all to fill in and its not only slowway / mailman there wanting but there so called claims department. They also breach all clients privacy in many ways from exchanging parcels to 1 another and different carriers on the side of the road as they only have 1 depot to when they leave then another comes and knocks of that very same parcel minutes later, your and your senders info on the box and the name is enough to commit I.D fraud against anyone. Was talking to a friend at a shindig today who advises me his daughter was telling him how e bay has also launched an investigation as they have received to many complaints of parcels not turning up / lost / stolen along that slowway are the contractors for officeworks mailman which is slowways service and other services they have other names for yet its all run by 1 and the same scammers. We are taking legal action against them as they have caused so much stress loss of time calls only for them to be playing games. They have given out details that are strictly private on me and many others as when they put it with claims hear is the real reason, they investigate you to see if you have ever been charged with fraud so this way they can deny your claim, I have nothing to worry about as I have never been charged in my life apart from these scams who fleece you for transit that never arrives. Since they choose to play these games well I have done what was required and will individually pay a visit to each 1 of them with a legal prospector to serve them all as a p.I has been keeping eyes on them and now have all parties involved personal details. I may choose to hand these out to those who have suffer at there hands from there customer service all the way to there claims department, maybe then they may see where others including myself are coming from on how they disrespect people and treat us like we did wrong when its they that have broken consumers laws, lost stolen broken failed to deliver then use every lie they can to cover there rears. They are no longer invincible as the licence investigator for the past 9 days along with there partner have carried out there duties legally from those in melbourne all the way to sydney and have given me all the info plus more than required so these people can face the legal system made to protect consumers against damage stress crisis they have brought against us all. They can run but can not hide from the legal system nor from the media who will be in tow as they have been onto this scam company for a time now. I bet there excuse will be while running from reporter its the drivers they are there own boss. As for there drivers please do not allow them to collect your items unless there vehicle has company name and driver has an id tag plus an actual scanner where he can print you off a docket stating it has been scanned into the system, many have been burnt by drivers who 1 have no logo on there vehicles or id let alone scanners. Lady few doors away now will not use these rogues as we were chatting she made mention how 4 out of every 10 deliveries she gets a day are missing and broken, once I told her my experience she was blown away. She was 1 of there biggest clients on this side of town however no longer as she has also signed up with the couriers I now use. They will be wondering why this client no longer uses there service as she does all the photo-shots for all the retailers cantaloupes including qantas, virgin and other major international airlines, she would have 2 vehicles every morning deliver to her but the chin wag we had has woken her up to the shiftiness going on knowing its not only her that has been effected. , this is an honest review and accounts taken place however seems my reviews continue to be rejected by this site that wants honest reviews. Maybe I should ask is there anything in it for the mods as it seems the truth hurts mcslowway who is and has been registered under there new name for quiet some time as its on asics website. Shows all just how cunning and shifty they are all the way to there claims department, but soon they will face the law of the land. Avoid at all costs as this latest news was just passed onto me where another person has been scammed as its been published on another site, slowway even gave him a fake number to call to get hold of there items however they did not know the person they ripped of was a federal cop, well that is slowways issue now as its like a domino effect all going to come down on them all. I would love to upload proof but my personal details are for me to no not the world however hear is just one of there lies and many excuses.Would not call there partners freightsafe as they scam you on the loss there partner company has caused. What a joke of a service
WARNING WARNING Absolute joke of a service lost item and only reimbursed me postage cost $30 not the cost of item itself. Lost money from item, eBay fees and PayPal fee. What a joke do everyone a favour and close down your not even cheaper the Australia post anymore.

Worst service of any company I have ever dealt with.
Several damaged parcels they would not reimburse for. Drivers too lazy to deliver to door. Missed deliveries on several occasions. No real call centre to help with queries. Use Couriers Please, they may have bad reviews but 100% better than this poor service company.
If i could give any star less than 1 i would. Fastway is the most terrible courier company anyone could think of using. The customer service is absolutely nothing to write home about. I sent a courier through fastway on the 20th June for the package to be delivered on the 21st June and my customer is still waiting for this to be delivered. I have contacted fastway 3 times and have bluntantly been refused to speak to a supervisor and have been told that my package has been damaged. I will not be using fastway ever again and will make sure no else does.
Fastway Couriers are joke. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. The courier left a card on the front steps. Didn’t ring the bell or knock. No information on the card as to where the parcel is. Have contacted Fastway eight times and get told it’s on the afternoon delivery. Two weeks later still waiting on the parcel. Pathetic. If you are a business avoid them like the plaque, they’ll send you broke.
Fastway strikes again
Package booked Wednesday picked up Mon (It was Anzac day Thurs) 4 days later customer has not received goods. Tracking says delivered and signed for???? After calling a couple of Depots finally found a helpful lady in Ballarat. She says my parcel has been transferred to Aust Post, to be delivered to Kerang. Customer calls to say he has had a phone call from a person in Blackwood to say he has the parts that should be in Kerang Blackwood/Kerang???

Worst courier/transport company ever used! Never picks up the goods, always takes abut 3 days for the driver to show up after a pickup has been booked. Melbourne - Melbourne takes around 8 days? I mean WTH? How long can it take to go from the Eastern Suburbs to the Western Suburbs? We know the tunnel is slow sometimes but my word! Then there is the re consigning and using other companies who decide to lose the parcels and then nobody wants to take responsibility. Seriously who have you got working here? Oh wait I shouldn't use the word "working" nobody at Fastway does any work, they are too busy thieving your parcels and re selling the goods inside.
Several Lost parcels, unable to deliver to the same company that other couriers have no problem delivering to. No communication, takes over 1 month to figure out the obvious. I will Never use Fastway Ever Again!

a complaint has been made to Amazon seeking NOT to use them as they are bad for any business
the only place for Fastway and the new coat of paint Amarex is the Federal Court of Australia for Prohibited Trades Practices penalties
best advice DO NOT USE THEM and if the company you are purchasing uses them find another seller who uses somebody else
and be careful when agitated asians who deliver come calling at your premises and abuse you which just happened to me today
this asian guy damaged my front gate with his car door , yes a car door and not a designated Fastway vehicle and then stated it was too hot to deliver / blamed the weather and it gets better he tells lies that he actually attempted to deliver and when. he was confronted that he was no where near the property and CCTV never captured him , his story again changed
the better this show is shut down and the executives held accountable for misleading and deceptive conduct and unconscionable conduct in a court of law
After receiving everything from Australia Post, everything sent via fastway is delayed or not even sent out yet...
fastway is unreliable, slow and don't answer your questions, stick with Auspost
