worst company in the courier business..
I've had dealings in the past with this company. via ebay sellers sending parcels through these guys and oh man. i got nothing good to say about these guys.
where everyone else take 2-5 business days these guys would take 2-3 weeks to deliver something basic.
The worst thing is aramex/fastway don't even care to improve man. it makes me wonder how these guys are even surviving the industry.
If you want fast and reliable service this is not the courier company you choose.
Re-branded to Aramex but unfortunately same issues
I have had quiet a few parcels sent and received over last few years, the complaints are not unfounded. Being a fair sort of guy, laid back and rather accepting, COVID HAS created a culture of online shopping boom. However it has been very hit or miss with Fastway/ Aramex, more miss than hit. It's a sad thing when you can say Australia Post has better delivery times and consistent tracking. I'm not saying not to use them, but just accept that if they estimate 3-5 working day expect 5-6.
Terrible Service. DO NOT USE
My parcel has taken over two weeks to go from Melbourne to Sydney. When getting in touch with customer service person Racquel she would only give me copy and paste responses and did not provide any assistance.
I will now refuse to shop with anyone who uses Fastway/ Aramex as their shipping carrier.
Shop elswhere if they use fastway
With everyone now shopping online customers have a good idea of expected delivery times, Australia post great, Sendle the best I have come across. I now ask who is shipping parcel if fastway I shop elsewhere, save yourself alot of aggrivation even if you pay couple dollars more should have changed thier name to unreliable Slowway
If startrack & auspost can do 1-2 days from Sydney to Wollongong, why can't you?
Item still not delivered from Sydney even after waiting 2.5 weeks.. they refused to deliver to an auspost parcel collect location at my PO nearest to work so instead dropped it to the depot. Then I logged a request for redirection to my house and paid them money, 4 days later it's still not delivered
Typical rubbish courier company that won’t ring a doorbell.
Another courier company who cannot carry out their core function to deliver. Will state you are not home whilst you are sitting in your living room waiting for your package to arrive. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely rubbish service
Every single item I've bought that has been delivered by them is at least a week late then if you're lucky will show up on a Saturday night at 11.30p.m. to top it all off

Weeks Late. Damaged. No tracking. No notification. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid if possible. I'd pick up the package myself if they actually knew it's location. Their the worst. Do not use !
My large parcel arrived today. Package placed in a safe place and in tact.
Once the order had been processed I received tracking information from Aramex/Fastaway and could follow the journey of the package from Wollongong NSWs to Victoria. With the NSWs state lockdown I expected all this to take much longer but within a week it was delivered to the door with zero contact due to covid restrictions in Melbourne. I was notified in the morning that the package was going to be delivered during the day as well. It came around mid day. Couldn't be happier
Package not delivered - no customer support cant be contacted
The package I ordered never turned up, they have no support and never respond to emails, there is no contact phone number - it is 100% SCAM company never use them ever
Aramex/Fastway it doesn't matter... They're awful.
Never delivered on time, and no customer support that really helps. Average delay is over a week. It's a poor company that can't deliver like other couriers. Australia post sets the standard! Call them Fastway, Call them Aramex it doesn't matter. Garbage courier, 100 percent of items are delayed.
By far the worst courier service In Australia
Every single item delivery by them will be delivered weeks after you made your order, communication is horrible, tracking system and support does not exist and I had the same problem over and over again. Unfortunatelly wasn't me that chose them, but from now on, every time I buy something I will write in the delivery options: "NO FASTWAY - ARAMEX courier please".

Without a doubt the worst courier company in Australia.. No over exaggeration here. Laziest courier driver leaves a note in letterbox to pick up the item in another suburb of Perth at a Parcel Point which is a petrol station. I was home all day waiting for the item, no attempt to come to the door at all, for the time to write a notice and then drive to another suburb and drop off my package at a petrol station, just beggars disbelief. The courier driver for Swan View area is unemployable in my opinion and when you call them, you get an overseas call centre, arghhhhhhh!!!!!!! 100000 plus Reviewers surely cannot be wrong. Fastaway/Aramex have learnt nothing, even after changing their business name.

Very solw fastway
Fastway very slow might as well call it slowways take a week or more for my item to come from qld to nsw and all other items i have had i have had to try call them but got nowhere

The fastway company is the Werrist delivery company in one week 2 parcel.. one of them from grays online was lost and the other on from Amazon take them 8 days in side Sydney and they failed to deliver I have to cancel the item and wait for 10 days to get my money back. Change your name will not fix it
I purchase a lot of items from ebay and similar, 9 out of 10 items that are apparently delivered by Fastways or now Aramax are extremely late (1 month+) or lost for ever. This has been going on for years and they still have not got there act together. People might wine about AU post but they do a hell of a lot better. My new rule is if the item I am purchasing is coming via Aramax (Fastways) there will be no sale. Have had a gut full of there arragants and inability to supply a service....
6 days to deliver 1 item 2km away
Stay away from companies who use Aramex (formerly Fastway). I ordered 3 bottles of wine from a wine seller in Sydney - only because I don't want to visit my local bottle shop during a lockdown. For 6 days I got a txt message every day saying 'it's on its way'. Then I got an update: we delivered to a collection point. The collection point is a convenience shop more than 2km away. I don't have a car, so now I have to walk to this shop. How is this different from walking to my bottle shop? Here's how: it's 2km each way. Thanks for the exercise, Aramex. Your driver didn't ring my bell or txt me, even though I gave you my phone number (and you ignored my email).

Unfortunately an eBay item I purchased was sent with fastway, the parcel only had to go from Sydney to the central coast, at most a 1.5hr trip.
It’s now been 1 week since collection & the parcel is still sitting in a Sydney depot according to their tracking information.

Tracking info is useless. They are even slower than Auspost. Email request for update ignored. They are the worst and slowest courier service. I will not deal with any business that uses amarex (fastway) from now on
How are they still trading?
Nothing but problems with this company,late deliveries, delivery to incorrect address, parcels treated like garbage. I've even taken to putting comments to sellers on ebay if they use fastway/aramex negative feedback will be left.

I finally received the item 20 days after it had been placed with the courier but get this.The item originated
(picked up) from the seller at Chullora in Sydney.It was addressed to my home address in Engadine also in Sydney.A total distance of less that 30 klms.
What a total joke this company turned...

Fast delivery, no problems
My guitar amplifier arrived to northern New South Wales from Tasmania in ten days in the midst of the Covid lockdowns. Wonder if the good deliveries get reviews much? Perfect conditions. Thanks
12 days for item to arrive from the Sydney sortation office. No trackibg updates. Item then dumped insecurely outside front door, the courier did not bother to ring doorbell. Delivery not in line with senders instructions.
