You get what you pay for
Positives are: Fair to good value, simple to implement and pause etc, excellent customer service, flexible and long life roaming plan.
Weaknesses: Relies on TPG/Vodafone coverage so not the best, the 4GB for roaming is a bit stingy and topping up each time at $20 for 4Gb is expensive. I had to use Orange eSim which also allows inter-country calling. Does not cover Malta.

Perfect for young people!
Network coverage is good, sometimes it takes time to download but its reliable hasn't failed me yet. I haven't experienced any dropouts. I think the data speeds could be a bit more faster for $35. Or maybe add cheaper option with the same 20 mpbs.

Great value and service
The customer support team are a dream, quick painless porting and 20Mb/s is enough for day to day use! Can finally leave Telstra as they are stupid expensive and their customer support is honestly lacking.

It’s reasonably good, not super fast but not bad too. I can easily go through social media and watch videos on YouTube and tik tok. I can also watch Netflix on it.

Cheap, value for money and saving the environment, the company is amazing to deal with, fast and reliable.

Far too Unreliable- data connection
No internet service again in Paddington for an hour.
Completely stuck, needing to connect on messenger to find an address -but nothing!! No Connection. Had to find someone with another provider to hotspot me!!
This is a second time its got me stuck badly.
Can't have that happen again, made me late for work. Employer doesn't want to hear about Felix and no internet service.
Just need something that works all the time.

Why do you keep claiming people are not to use your Felix network like a home internet plan?
It doesn't matter whether I use another device vs my phone to download data off the internet, I'm still using thr same amount of data at the end of the day, so why do you keep repeating that your Felix network/plan "with unlimited data" is not designed to replace home internet - Or in my case, my mobile which sometimes gets used as a hotspot to download data or update a game???
Please explain why people are not to use your "unlimited internet plan" to replace their home internet if they're not downloading more than they normally would and don't "beat around the bush" with your answer please.
I suspect that it is to avoid clogging up their (Vodafone) back haul 4G network with some people downloading massive amounts of data.
I suspect that's the case, but to advertise as having unlimited data and the to proceed to claim people can't use that "unlimited data" to use is a bit pathetic.
Wouldn't you agree Hugh? That's why a cap would make sense vs claiming unlimited data....
