Felix is the best.
OK so there are a few drop outs apparently. Like when? Not on calls or watching TV on my device. The customer service is second to none and Felix beats a lot of rip off mobile phone companies out there. Who is going to squawk when Felix gives perfect customer service and mobile phone service plus unlimited data all for $35 a month? I sure haven't got one complaint about Felix which is far superior to that rip off dive Telstra. Thanks Felix. Me not going to another service provider.

Absolutely love, speed is great. Live in rural NSW....works great. Easy to set up, network is very good. Watching YouTube is fast, surfing the net is very good....happy customer yippee

Amazing International roaming - 4gb, 100sms and mins for $20 that lasts a year!!!
Switched to felix just before my first post-covid holiday. 7countries in 30days all covered for $20!!! SO AWESOME to not stress when landing, or find wifi or switch sims every country

Kicked the big guys to the curb
Had issues with international roaming, data limits, and pricing with other providers. This plan is straightforward, and because of the phone I already have was able to port across my number in a matter of hours thanks to the eSim option. Data speeds have been fine in Australia and Singapore. The sustainability efforts are good as well.

Don't go over 500gb or restricted service will reduce speed to nothing,

Cheap and eco friendly
Very easy to set up, costumer service people were lovely and quick. When they sent my SIM card, I received some little flower seeds to plant aswell. Good service especially for the price.

Great service with great value
The best plan with unlimited data I got so far. Great for individual use. If you’re on your own and need network with no data limit (eg for WFH), this should be the choice.

Saved my life
Moved to a unit without internet and is consistently faster and more reliable than previous nbn. Now overseas, roaming plan is cheaper and more reliable than my provider. Highly recommend.

Could barely load the page to leave a bad review
- Data is inconsistent by constantly dropping in and out - I struggle to load web pages on a daily basis
- Data stops working half the time I’m on phone calls
The best part about the plan is you’re not locked into a Contract which makes it easy to leave.

Awesome customer service
I can’t believe I have found another amazing Mobile provider felix has on of the best customer service around if something has gone wrong they get straight on to the issue I’m so happy all I wish if the can up the speed a bit more for the data even if they change a bit more is fine

Signal service isn't very good, but it might just be because I live in a country town, drop outs are frequent, but connection speed and download speed seems all good

The greatest mobile operator I've ever used
The app is beautiful, the Sim card arrives in 2 days, the chat response is really quick and their webpage is well written and explained.
For 20 bucks I can go overseas to use it and I can even pause the subscription since I'm not in the country.
This is incredible!
