Lasted one week
I purchased this oven. Had it professionally installed. It stoped working after eight days (3 uses).
Technician attended. Needed to be replaced, really?
I have recieved three expected delivery dates, basically they don't know when it can be replaced. Waited 8 weeks so far.
Now offered a store credit by F&P after getting Qld OFT involved.
I could say alot, but worst customer service for a reputable Brand ever. Buy at your own risk!
Do not buy ..Blasts constant heavy flow of hot air 45 degree celcius into kitchen
Vent above oven door blasts heavy, constant flow of hot air 45 degree celcius back into kitchen at waist height. Flow and heat of air is so hot that kitchen is unbearable. Appreciate all ovens give off heat but this is ridiculous. Previous Fisher and Paykel oven was great so i stayed with brand. Extremely disappointed as i believe its not fit for purpose. Friends have commented when they have entered kitchen when oven is on. It's so bad that i dont want to use oven.
i like the features of the oven,however I'm so disappointed in the way the food cooks.
It browns on the right side then the outside of the cake cooks and middle is still raw. When it get around to cooking the middle itemoutside is over cooked.
It's definitely not baking evenly like I thought a new oven would
The electrician has "looked" at it twice and I still havnt got an answer
Faulty design - poor electronics
Had this put into my house by my builder. From day one it's had faults, electronics work intermittently. Door hinge has broken and now the door does not shut correctly. Fisher and Paykel are not interested in helping and make this more difficult. Cooking wise it's ok but nothing special for a $2,000 oven. My previous Euro oven cooked just as good for $499!
Poor customer service from Fisher and Pykel (Illawarra area - NSW)
As I write this review my husband and I are still waiting, after nearly 3 weeks for our Fisher and Pykel 60 cm pyrolytic oven to be fixed. It is Easter. I have questioned their follow up and demanded to be compensated or a new oven. All they offer is a $100 gift voucher.
If this was another well known company, they would have fixed or replaced our oven by now. We have had the run around by the F & P’s authorised repairer for nearly 3 weeks, with the oven still sitting in our kitchen unusable. They seem to think it is okay to allow this bad ser...
worse than terrible
NEVER BUY a FISHER & PAYKEL product of ANY sort. This company needs to be made accountable for their appalling products. They MUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!
The oven burns things on the top - and requires extensive time to adequately cook the item.
I've used the appropriate settings, and placed it on the bottom of the oven - yet it still does not cook, and only burns the item on top.
Can't bake, can't roast, can't do a damn thing with this terrible product.
It takes OVER AN HOUR to reach your set temperature. My previous ovens have ...taken around 10 mins to reach the desired temperature. We moved into a house with this product - I long for my old oven (a SMEG). I guess it is only a matter of time before I turf this piece of F&P to landfill (F&P is a used as a rude word in our house)!
Not happy with this oven
I bought this oven in January, very noisy, fan unit needed replacing, wait 2 months for part.
Baking is not good, muffin batter gets blown sideways on fan bake, chocolate cake takes 70 minutes, (normal cook time in other ovens 55 minutes), so have to cover with baking paper part way through cooking to avoid burnt top. Have emailed their 'customer help' repeatedly, answer each time was 'call a tech'. Called tech, and he said, "can't answer 'baking questions'. He did get their 'test kitchen' to bake my chocolate cake recipe and reported back...
Faulty product from the start
Menu selection control was faulty from the start, a trip back to the store then 25+ mins on hold to F&P to be told I need to have half a day off work to wait for a technician who may or may not turn up, no out of business hours service!!!! Take this into consideration when looking at F&P products.
Not happy, I have never purchased F&P before, my faith in the brand is not high as you can imagine.
As I am typing this I am on hold again to F&P.

Used the self clean option2 hours into the clean it beeps flashes A1 which is over heating. Why is it doing this ?
I’m quite concerned about the excessive heat I’ve read that this unit pumps out. Is it only post cook as it’s cooling down, or throughout the whole process?
Hi just having issues with self cleaning as soon as I turned it on only for 2nd time used it shows error code F207. Does anyone know what that is.. I've looked in manual & online only say tech fault?
you will have to call Fisher & Paykel - that's the trouble with those electronic panels, they are always stuffing up with error codes and not even F&P know the answer - they will just change your panel. I'm going back to knobs for my next oven!!
