    Confusing Options

    published

It's okay but the options are so awkward to adjust so quite often people will just get confused and press power and start meaning that they will often get a cold wash with an Auto Sensing water level when they might not want it so stupid. Its alright if you want to always use an auto water level.

    Finally died!

    published

Well this product has finally died, its gonna cost a further 300-500, in parts & labour not worth it. I definitely would not endorse this product, as I said before F & P do not make washing machines like they used too, what a shame & its not even that old! :(

Lots of thingd too many actually

Controller needs to be matched to the machine.
Should be instructions included with the controller on how to select the correct machine size.

Hi, I have had my F&P IW712 only for a short time second hand, it has a code 43 displayed is this the balance sensor the same as IW812? Thanks!

Either the balance sensor, the wiring to the balance sensor - including the plugs and connectors, or your machine could be badly levelled, in which case balance is off anyway. Cheers

Thanks for that, yes it was the balance sensor, it didn't return the switch lever after a large unbalanced load. Easy fix, thanks
