Very disappointed in the product and service
This machine is not a cheapie, I bought this and the Heat Pump Condensing Dryer at the same time. The dryer is brilliant but the washing machine and the F&P service is a big let down.
Noise, it is so noisy! It bangs the pipes in my house and it rattles in the spin mode so loud that I was concerned about the machine self destroying itself.
I have reported the machine for service twice. Once just after receiving the machine and the other just before the 12mth warranty expiry

Why is my washing machine making a loud noise?
To make sure your washing machine is completely secure during transit, Fisher & Paykel includes transit rods in addition to the transit bolts most people will be familiar with. It's possible that these rods are creating this noise. Your installer will remove both the bolts and the rods when installing the product for you, but if you’re planning to install the machine yourself, this video will give you more detail on how to remove both the transit bolts and rods: Removing Transit Bolts.
Stickers are also included on the back of the machine that show where to find the transit rods.

Hi,
I recently purchased this washing machine after having a top loader all my life. I am disappointed that stains are not coming out that usually would in my top loader and the clothes feel a little greasy like the washing powder doesn’t wash out properly.. I have tried a few different wash settings, using powder (And only 1/2 cap) , pods and liquid detergent and adding and extra rinse to the cycle. Also bits of hair don’t seem to rinse out of the wash. At the moment I am feeling like I should try to take this back. Am I doing something wrong or do front loaders just not wash as well?
