Warning - Do Not Buy From This Business! – I purchased a dumbbell/barbell/weight set with a total weight of around 60 kg from this business. The goods were packed in thin standard cardboard boxes that were not well suited for the weight of the goods and in addition, had been exposed to rain. When the goods were delivered to me, they arrived with the cartons torn and shredded in multiple places. This must have led to several of the weight disks getting scratched so that they look like well worn second hand items. One disk is leaking whatever the filler material is. Furthermore, the spring collar for the barbell bar does not match the bar's diameter, so that no weights can be secured on the bar, making the barbell bar unusable. Problems like described above can happen, but the quality of a business or service shows in the way problems are being handled Despite a whole week of email communication with more than 20 mails going back and forth, the business has not provided a satisfactory solution. A PayPal dispute/claim has been opened now, and an OFT complaint is soon to follow. I would strongly recommend to give this business a wide berth. Update:20/11/2021: After I opened a PayPal dispute, the business finally offered a partial refund of approximately 25% of the purchasing price for the damaged disks and the missing spring collars which they couldn't supply and which I now will have to try and source from a third party.
