I am trying to find out what the criteria is for Companies to be eligible but can't find it anywhere. The automated email response to my inquiry stated that it is for large companies. Does that mean that a company with 16 permanent employees is not eligible?

Hi, I am eligible for this program and I’m wanting to join for my partner as well. Would we need to go under family for the two of us or is there another option?
Also what is the difference between “single membership” and “extended membership”?
Cheers!
