Terrible customer service
Contractor from Gold Coast very rude and disrespectful. After arriving without booked battery forcefully pushed to replace glass anyway. We refused as useless exercise with battery still needing replacement and possible screen break. Didn’t order battery as promised and when phoned refused to help any further! Asked for another contractor but no call back. Unreliable company!
These people are a scam
Paid to have a battery in an iphoneX replaced. So-called "hero" didn't actually change the battery at all.
It still has the same battery in that it came with new. Took the phone to apple, they said he also broke the tabs off the battery trying to remove it plus the screen seal, so badly damaged that Apple will no longer repair the phone either. They wrote me a report to take to consumer affairs. I am way out of pocket.

Not only did they stuff up my phone and argue they did the ‘best they could’. They won’t even REPLY to my emails about how I go about receiving a refund, i haven’t heard a WORD from them. I’m taking my matter to the ombudsman. No I won’t let this go, you have $150 on MY money!
I suggest waiting in a line at Apple for 1 week rather than dealing with these people.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Issues with appointment and phone not functioning correctly after repair
I had the cracked screen replaced on my iPhone XR. My initial appointed was pushed back a few hours as the repairman forgot the appointment. He was coming to my place of work and I finished at 4pm with my original appointment time at around 1pm (can’t recall exact time)
He called to say he forgot the appointment and wanted to reschedule for 4.30-5pm but I was not able to fit in that slot as I had a different appointment after I finished work. I let him know I was not available until the following week when he was very short and said he didn’t w...

I will be happy to remove if I get satisfaction however up till now it has been one of the worst customer service situations I have ever been involved with . We have used Fix 2U 3 times before and found it to be a good service ,the Technician (at this stage I will not name him ) gave us his number and told us call when you have a problem ,so we did .
Thinking we were getting Fix 2U late January 21 my phone screen went black we called Tech guy who turned up late, fixed the phone and left ,how ever the phone was not completely fixed ,called him ...

I had a very bad experience with this company. I would never recommend. I had broken glass on the front and back of my phone. I saw positive reviews and organised an appointment. I was quoted about $280. I was asked to pay $520 after the glass was replaced not given a correct quote before the work.
The glass then started to come up they said was under warranty so they came back however then left my phone e completely unable yo receive calls or use the payWave system and the back glass cracked un only a few hours. After I called about this I was told too bad and they would not repair the damage done by their repairman nor give a refund. Absolutely do not use this service.
UPDATE TWO: Failed completely. Made appointment, parts apparently ordered. Tech did not call when said he would for update. I called number from call history. Was told no parts, lock down given as excuse. Lock down finished a week ago! Was told could drive across town to shop for fix. My fault for giving them a second chance. Never again. Cannot recommend at any level. 10 days later and will have to find another business that will actually do the job.
UPDATE: after writing a poor review I received a call and organised a the repair. I trust the...work will be fine once completed. (If this is last review entry all was good) Waited 5 days for contact after receiving email confirming booking. Haven’t heard a thing! Hopeless! Cannot comment on service as haven’t had any whatsoever, cannot recommend other than don’t bother. Go to a real business.

Got iPhone front and back screen replaced and wasn’t able to protect the screen as screen protector won’t stay on properly because screen was not aligned.
When I told them about it. Came back to fix it but wasn’t able to and Face ID stopped working after second repair. When I complained about it.
Amir came back and wasn’t able to fix it and broke the front and back of my phone and refunded the money.
When I told him I will escalate it he didn’t hesitate to abuse me as well.
Took a week to get back to me to tell me no one will be coming out. Even after enquiring on day 3 with the Live chat. NOT HAPPY. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I would rate NO STARS.
Battery life deteriorated in under 6 months
The guy who came and fixed my phone was amazing, no complaints there. The battery health on my phone has gone from 100% on the 25/09/20, to 26% (28/01/21). I don’t let my phone die and try to take care of my phone, but the battery put in wasn’t a quality part. Good for a quick fix, but you’re better off saving for a new phone.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR This company is the dodgiest joke of a company. My screen didn’t even last two weeks and they refused to take responsibility for the dodgy work. They claimed they had warranty but then blamed me for the repair. Claimed I dropped my phone so it had to be my fault even though they never inspected the phone and it had not been dropped. Then would not return my emails or contact me. This company is a scam DO NOT USE THEM BEWARE

Faulty screens ! 2 visits then declines to fix
Smashed my iPhone X screen ! Booked fix2u, they fixed the replaced the screen same day for around $250, then a day later it broke and went purple and couldn’t be used at all!
After many emails they sent out someone to fix it again !

The tec actually told me they order there screens from China and sometimes they get a bad batch ? Which made me concerned !
Finally the iPhone X is waterproof but on there terms and conditions there screens are not waterproof and they can’t guarantee
So fix2u are putting cheap faulty screens on a expensive iPhone X ! ...I think that is unfair and would not recommend this service to anyone ! Cheap fake screens
Robbery come to pick up the phone and then brought it back the next day nothing fixed n took full charge of fixing it trying to get the police here now as it’s just happened
