Technician done a great job. However Customer service is really bad. Flick charged me an extra $25 dollars. I tried to contact them 3 times!! In 14 days. No response or answers to solving this matter!! Will call my bank and block any payments until they fix this issue.
Disappointed that I only signed up to flick 100 a few weeks ago for $39 a month then a few days later they are offering the same package for $20 a month. And don’t like the payment plan would like the choice to pay full amount outright. Guys were meant to be here at 7:30 and didn’t arrive until 8:30
Necessary, but value for money required
We purchased our house in 2017. It had Flick Termguard installed but some of the piping was exposed and the sock was missing in places. That was fixed and the chemical recharged in 2017. To maintain warranty we are required to have the house and system inspected every year and the chemical recharged every 3 years. The technician who came in 2018 was very casual and not very thorough. The technician who came this year (2019), [name removed], was very thorough and deserving of a 5 star rating.

Had the 3 year MAXTHOR compound added, but without a flow meter how do they know how much compound is going to each point on the perimeter of the house (3 in total). Also I have just read the inspection report that was emailed and at no point in his visit did he mention if all was OK, or that I needed to fix anything. From the report " Comment /Recommendations: Garage stored goods, fencing, overgrown plants to fencing". Not very professional in my opinion.........

Has anyone had to pay out the rest of a year's service when they terminate a subscription? I read the terms and conditions and it only mentions having to pay a fee if you cancel within the initial 12 months. If doesn't mention having to payout a figure if cancelling outside of the Initial 12 month service. I didnt receive a renewal notice or updated terms either and the terms dont specify what happens at the end of a 12 month plan. It sounds fraudulent.
Im on a plan do i need to ring to cancel the plan or will they continue to renew and debit the account

Flick is a scam they don’t even want to process a simple refund of $359 for a service that I didn’t let them do. they pushed me to pay in advance and when they turned up I kicked out their tech...
Thanks Roy. I have to have an annual "inspection" to maintain my "Warranty" on my house and they charge $260 for this with no guarantees. The "technician" did not use a moisture meter or even look int...o the ceiling cavity to check for termites. I'm pretty certain if termites are found later it (infestation) will be "after" their inspection no doubt voiding their "Warranty". Apparently I have to use Flick for the inspection to meet the terms of the Warranty (another con)
