Useful annual termite inspection
Shane was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Upon inspection, he took the time to shared lots of good tips about termite management around the house. Automated report received timely. Only reason for not giving Flick 5 stars is the booking process was a bit painful (more emails and phone calls than I'd like to make to confirm service level and price). Once past the booking stage, it went smoothly.
We are very happy with attention and service.
Since 1972 we have had Amalgamated Pest Control do pest control. The agent is punctual, happy to do the work and friendly. Good.
Had Craig do the annual check, explained everything, very good and neat. Answered all my questions. Craig was very helpful and a credit to flick. Would recommend flick as long as people like Craig are employed
We have been with Termguard for 15 years and we were a little apprehensive when they became Flick Antisimex. We wanted some written confirmation that our existing conditions/contract would continue and we had to insist. Finally it was done to our satisfaction. we also had our three year top up of chemicals done last week and were very happy with the service. The contractor was on time, polite, efficient and went out of his way to please us. We will continue with this company on the basis that they also, do the right thing.

Questions & Answers
Has anyone had to pay out the rest of a year's service when they terminate a subscription? I read the terms and conditions and it only mentions having to pay a fee if you cancel within the initial 12 months. If doesn't mention having to payout a figure if cancelling outside of the Initial 12 month service. I didnt receive a renewal notice or updated terms either and the terms dont specify what happens at the end of a 12 month plan. It sounds fraudulent.
Im on a plan do i need to ring to cancel the plan or will they continue to renew and debit the account

Thanks Roy. I have to have an annual "inspection" to maintain my "Warranty" on my house and they charge $260 for this with no guarantees. The "technician" did not use a moisture meter or even look int...o the ceiling cavity to check for termites. I'm pretty certain if termites are found later it (infestation) will be "after" their inspection no doubt voiding their "Warranty". Apparently I have to use Flick for the inspection to meet the terms of the Warranty (another con)
