Lovely, friendly, professional service.
Our technician, Stephen, was great. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He was aware I was working from home, and did not interrupt me. He also made sure our pets were safe and secure, also advising when it would be best to let them roam again. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic service!
Booking in was quick and easy. The inspection was awesome! We have had a few pests pop up recently due to the unusual amount of rain and I wanted to get those gone as well as make sure we didn't have termites. Luke was amazing, he spotted a termite nest, not on my property but council land near out house, whilst driving it! What an eye! He was knowledgable and detailed in his assessment and I couldn't be happier.

Great service
James was fantastice - arrived on time, really good communicator, reviewed our issue and explained what was needed. He dealt with the treatment promptly and efficiently, and the results happened just as he described they would. Would thoroughly recommend him.

Great Service all round
We started on the payment plan for annual pest control last year with Flick in Ballina, NSW so we’ve been with the company for a year and they they also just did this year’s top up treatment. Booking has been easy both times, customer service are always super friendly and helpful. The technicians have been on time and friendly. They have given good advice on keeping pests out, as well as explaining what they’ve done for the house. Read moresistent and then we got mice. They didn’t hesitate or complain about coming back to help and did a great job to help alleviate those issues. Throughout the year after the spray we progressively saw less and less pests in the house and the ones we saw were dead so their product/service works. Great service, friendly staff and easy booking system.
Our service technician was super friendly and very professional, she was careful of the fact I have cats on the property and was quick to carry out the job. I like the monthly payment options and look forward to having the house done yearly. This is my second year of having the service done by Flick and there will no doubt be future requests for service in the future. Thank you!

Very satisfied and highly recommended
Gareth van den Hoek installed the termite barrier. He was very knowledgable about all the termite species found in Queensland and also knew his product very well. The installation was done quickly and neatly. The 6-monthly inspection was thorough and I can recommend Flick Anticimex to anyone.

Questions & Answers
Has anyone had to pay out the rest of a year's service when they terminate a subscription? I read the terms and conditions and it only mentions having to pay a fee if you cancel within the initial 12 months. If doesn't mention having to payout a figure if cancelling outside of the Initial 12 month service. I didnt receive a renewal notice or updated terms either and the terms dont specify what happens at the end of a 12 month plan. It sounds fraudulent.
