First time user of Flip for a trip to Canada and while I was overseas I needed medical treatment. The email response time when you submit receipts on the app was impressive. When you are feeling down and defeated with an injury, having the cash reimbursed for your medical bills really helps, not only your pocket but your mental health. The price of their policiy is also competitive. I will definitely use them again. Hopefully one day they will extend the country coverage to America.

Having used and been totally disappointed with the mainstream travel insurance I started using flip insurance for the past few years. I made my first claim today after informing the insurer of an accident I had this week whilst skiing and in the same day after completing their on claim I was awarded medical costs for physio treatment even though I had no evidence but provided medical and other relevant evidence as requested. All the other mainstream travel insurers will try everything in the book to reject a claim this is my experience but not flip they break away from the competition by developing a game changing insurance policy. I highly recommend worth looking at for anyone needing insurance skiing in Australia or abroad while others charge $$$$ flip is $7 a day at time of writing with no excess! Forget the rest these guys are the best
