Nice Vehicle BUT!
Lovely vehicle to drive. I drive it regularly.
It ticked all the boxes for me. Unfortunately the Fordpass feature allowing mobile phone remote feature functions does not work reliably. Re installing the app, factory reset and following all procedures sugested to me by Ford support did not resolve this issue. It is a known problem and not isolated to my Ford Puma.
It is unreliable and frustrating trying to get it to work. Other than that the vehicle is fine. Though the seats are a little firm and not compfortable to sit on for a lenghty time. The high beam is Halogen and totally inadequate for country night driving.
Purchased in June 2021 at Jarvis Ford for $32,400.00.
Really depends on what you're looking for
Have driven both the base model and ST-line. Both cars are basically comfortable, no-fuss, city runabouts, with loads of great features and fantastic fuel economy. Neither is great for a driving experience. Quality and service you can take for granted as good with Fords.
So if you don't care about power and you like a few nifty features, good navigation, safety, etc - and you like a slightly higher seating pos and plenty of space for your shopping you will LOVE this. If you enjoy power and handling and don't care to be told how to drive, maybe ...
