I have had nothing but issues from the mattress I purchased from this store.
It was taken away by AH beard once, but they just inspected it and returned it back to me, saying there was nothing wrong with it.
I now have chronic back and neck pain due to the unsupportive AH beard King Koil Mattress Chiro Deluxe mattress.
Bill has been unsympathetic and unhelpful with regards to getting a replacement mattress.
He is full of excuses and is telling me it's my fault because I chose the mattress.
I will never shop at any Fort Winks store again or buy any AHbeard branded Mattresses.
Horrible customer service.
I went looking for a new mattress at the knox store told salesman what and wanted and he just directed me to sale stock he was trying to get rid of. Then when I didn't purchase a mattress that instant he muttered what a waste of my time as he walked away very rude.
Be careful leaving a review
Both myself and my wife left a review for Forty Winks 2 days later I received a phone call for a forty winks staff member for the store I had complained about harassing me about my review! Yes they read my review and all the details and used it to look up my personal details and call me up and harass me. Not only the phone call but all the fake accounts on this website to argue with people and their complaints and feedback for REAL customers!!! Forty Winks and some of the staff ( the Knox store) are horrible and rude! Do not shop at that store!

I put a mattress on lay by cost me over $2000 I made fortnightly payments once the end of the lay by came up I did not receive any follow up phones calls when I called to organize pick up I was rudely told that I could not pick up my item as there store (knox) didn't have to room to store it until I picked it up so I would have to pick it up from there warehouse in nunnawadding. Was a but of a pain considering they should have known my lay by was finished and it was time to pick up my item. I said as I have to travel to nunnawadding can I just make my final payment while I'm there saves me from going to knox then nunnawadding they said that would be okay.
Once I got to nunnawadding I was told that I could not make my final payment with them that it had to be at the store I purchased my mattress from once I tried to explain I was told it would be okay the staff member made no phone calls to the knox store instead told me to go back to the knox store so due to the time frame the warehouse was open I did not have the time to make it back to knox then back to nunnawadding before there warehouse closed so when I made it down to the knox store the week later I informed the staff that I was not happy when they said "we'll no nunnawadding is wrong sounds like they just didn't want to do any work" .... Didn't realize swiping my card and taking my money was work? He offered to remorse for my treatment as a paying customer he stoke rudely as it was not his fault nor him problem.
I will not be purchasing or shopping at forty winks again.
