Purchased 4 perfumes, one didn’t arrive. Emailed company only to be interrogated and rudely replied to. Do not recommend as lost 170. AVOID

Price Good Quality Not Good
I bought Moschino Glamour in Dubai and was running low and couldn’t find it in Australia, so I bought it off Fragrance Heaven. Super cheap. Quick delivery but when I put the original on my wrist compared to the Fragrance Heaven one, there was a huge difference in fragrance. 6 hours later I can still smell the original on my wrist but the Fragrance Heaven ‘version’ disappeared within the first half an hour. Definitely not a genuine product.

Poor Quality
I was a bit dubious about purchasing perfume off the internet but read that this company had good reviews. I did notice another review stated that they felt the perfume was not genuine but decided to go ahead anyway. I have been using Samsara for years and ordered the 100 ml bottle. The scent is very weak and after 30 mins the scent is non existent on me. I even compared it to a tester in David Jones and there was an obvious difference. So disappointing and such a waste of money!!! I emailed them and was told that there had not been any other c...

I doubt that even if it was 'faulty' that they would admit it was and I do not want to pay the postage to send it back only to be told that there is no problem with it...when there obviously is!!! I was told to call Cosmax Australia (Sydney), the licensed distributor of Guerlain fragrance in Australia to confirm. I have no reason to give this company a bad review other than the fact that the perfume I bought is NOT the same quality as in the department stores. Very Dissatisfied
I brought perfume unboxed. They sent me a Tester (which clearly states not for resale) with 15-20 mls less in the bottle. Ripped Off! Phone number unmaned and emails unanswered! Great customer support.

The "missing" bit in the bottle is simply the ullage, not missing perfume. Ullage is the "empty" bit of the bottle which allows for the expansion of liquid so bottles don't explode- every perfume has ullage. Ive just checked all of our testers, and all have the same level of ullage as they are brand new and unused- you've actually received a full 100mls of perfume.Do not purchaseMelbourne

Fragrance Hell- Scammers Beware
I recently purchased 2 bottles of jean paul gualtier perfume-
1 jpg eau de toilette
1 jpg eau de parfum
There are options on their website which you can choose to buy a tester or the normal bottle.
I chose the options for the normal bottle.
When I first sprayed the eau de toilette it smelt so strong and had a cheap scent to it. It also didn't last long. And gave me an almost allergic reaction from!!
I've been using the original for 10 years now.

We have recommended you call Cosmax to verify we are their customer- invoices have been provided to you and our reps name has been supplied. We have asked you to call Cosmax to verify our relationship. We did advise the Jean Paul Gaultier Fragrances did change distributor/manufacturing hands recently, from Beaute Presitge to Antiono Puig- which may have affected formulation. This information can be googled and verified. Unfortunately we cannot refund unless these are returned to us- we have asked you many times to return them and have sent you a return label via email. We are a registered Australian business and have been online since 2008 and have excellent feedback on ebay etc as we only sell genuine products here. The perfume in question was Hypnotic Poison, Dior have change the scent and the bottle, I wanted the original hypnotic poison which was pictured on his website not the new one he sent. Read more I believe all our staff member was trying to do, was to make you away of exactly what has happened in this transaction. I understand you have purchased Hypnotic Poison 100ml by Christian Dior, and we have displayed a previous style bottle online. Christian Dior has since updated the bottle only for this product, and has kept the formula/scent of this fragrance exactly the same...... You may verify this this by visiting any Christian Dior counter at a department store or verifying this on the official Dior website- the photos are all there! I understand you feel mislead as the photo we displayed was the old bottle, however this does not mean you have received a different scent. We only stock the latest, current versions of any fragrance, and as we stock in excess of 4000 different fragrances, sometimes its difficult to be up to date with all the current images. I also understand this was a present for your daughter for Christmas- if its the Hypnotic Poison she requested, then thats what she got! You would be chasing your tail looking for the old bottle- it doesn't exist anymore and if you found one- it would probably be off by now! Our last email to you was asking for your daughters feedback on the scent (which would be the same), and we haven't heard from you since... Having outlined the above we would still be happy to refund you even though we have in actual fact sent the correct, most current bottle version of your daughters requested scent. Horrific
The product was horrific. I have purchased this product before and I loved it. It smells very very very weak in comparison to the genuine product. It lasts on the skin for only 20 minutes versus the genuine product which lasts 5-6 hours. The owner in Melbourne was unwilling to discuss this with me face to face and the correspondence with the owner via email was very aggressive. Customer service is zero from Fragrance Heaven. I would never recommend this company.

Hi Donna yes same thing happened to me very similar and i ended up deleting my comment as manager was more than helpful after he read my review i posted ..He asked me to edit my comment but it was much easier just to delete it. Just go to your product review account and then press on profile then a list of all your reviews will come up and go to Fragrance Heaven and at end it will say edit or delete so just press delete and thats it simple

Thanks Annie! Just to confirm- in Annie’s situation, Annie’s complaint on Product Review was she believed her product received was not genuine due to pacakage differences to what she had received in the past. After some conversation and discussions, we concluded that the brand had changed it packaging, which was backed up the new pacakgaing and logos being displayed on the brands website. Everything can be resolved via conversation- we have never sold fraudulent products here and are always happy to resolve all situations, thanks Annie and Donna!
