Wobbly table and difficult assembly due to poor engineering
Assembly was something of a nightmare ... one screw hole drilled in the frame was misaligned with the corresponding hole in the metal leg ... so the screw would only go partially. I've done a lot of flatpack furniture from Ikea and the quality of engineering just doesn't compare. Flat pack furniture has to have exact measurements for customer assembly. Freedom needs to talk to their manufacturer.
Once assembled, the table was wobbly - even after tightening all screws. Not great for a DINING table! This looks to be just design issue - the f...rame underneath should be the same size as the table to ensure the 2 leg structures at each end cannot move independently. The "customer service" phone number included with the assembly instructions is not active so now we had to submit a warranty claim online and told to wait up to 7 days for someone to contact us. Will update the review if we ever manage to get a refund.
