Prescription and glasses supplied were grossly wrong. Glasses returned, new prescription made and new glasses prepared. Replacement prescription and glasses were still wrong. Went to a different optometrist who confirmed Friendlies Eyecare Claremont work was incorrect, technology in use was obselete and lenses supplied would never work for my prescription.
I wasted 3 weeks and had to do 7 visits to the store but received no satisfaction and lost my health benefit rebate for 2018.
Avoid this business at all costs. Technically incompetent.
