Never heard of them ...keep it that way
This airline once they have pocketed your money will give you scant regard if you need to contact them for anything.They are that poor they do not even reply to you once you do penetrate the fifth rate customer service contact page.My daughter needed to alter ba booking months out due to a verifiable medical condition.Despite numerous emails ,not a solitary response to our request was obtained.Makes you wonder whether such laxness is also evident in maintenance and engineering.Take my advice do not risk finding out.Visiting America make them the Final Frontier as Captain Kirk was obviously warning us
