Horrible customer service
I wanted to buy 9200A blender after reading some favourable reviews. However I didn’t know how much pain Inwas going to get into. I will explain everything step by step:
Day 1: I placed the order
Day 3: the payment was taken but I had no idea when the item was going to be shipped. I sent them an email to ask. Only then I was told it was out of stock. I was told to either wait for a month or get different colour. Another jug was offered at a ‘discounted’ price for my trouble. I refused and and asked for refund. I stopped getting reply to the e...
Read moremails. Day 6: Tired of waiting for them to reply back, I raised disputes with PayPal to get the refund. Day 7: I got a call from their General Manager, offering an apology and saying that two 9200A blenders have somehow appeared in their warehouse. He would personally drive to the post office and post it himself as the truck had already left for the day. He also offered partial refund. I believed him and I was sent a tracking number.1 comment

Optimum Electric Mandolin
I have very little strength left in my hands, and dicing vegetables by hand has become impossible. For ages now, I have looked everywhere for a machine that will actually dice vegetables into uniform dice sized pieces. With a change of blades this machine also slices and shreds.
It is great to have pre-diced vegetables in the fridge ready to make soups and other slow cooked meals. With the slicing function, just having pre-sliced salad vegetables available in the fridge makes for fast and healthy sandwich or wrap preparation.
I am very happy with my purchase, and I received excellent service from Froothie.

Replacement Blender is incredibly powerful
Our Optimum G2.1 blender burned out after just two years. It took a lot of back and forth, but ultimately Froothie replaced the blender with the newer G2.6. So far, we've been very happy with the new blender. We've never had one anywhere near as powerful. It's shocking how smooth everything we put in there comes out.

Great product.. Warrenty as described and good experience with customer service
Purchased optimum blender 5 or so years ago. The blender gets used almost everyday for making morning shakes. Never had any problems with it. A few weeks ago a bearing in the jug blade assembly seized. I was under the impression the whole unit had failed from the noise. I emailed Froothie, through their warrenty claims section. Excellent Product
Froothie Optimum 600M Cold press Juicer
Order despatched immediately after only 1 phone call questioning delay.
Product has given excellent results in quantity of juice and easy to clean. A little difficult to dismantle given we are an elderly couple and hands no longer as strong as in earlier days!!!
Apples, carrots, cucumber and pineapple juice easily. Have experienced difficulty with celery stalks - have to cut into very short lengths otherwise the fibre blocks the outlet very quickly.
Any suggestions as to how best to process that type of vegetable or fruit?
Would recommend this product to anyone requiring an excellent way to enjoy fresh fruit and vegetable juice at home.

Great customer service
I’ve read some reviews here saying they’ve experienced bad service or bad this n that. I dunno what these people are on about because my experience was nothing like that.
I bought the 600M compact cold press juicer. There was a slight delay but it’s clearly stated on their website when to expect it because it’s in production. You should probably read that part before you click purchase if you’re gagging to have next day delivery. Or just purchase the same product for double the price at the department stores.

Froothie: Shocking service and Promises!
Shocking Service! Will never ever buy from this company again. They delivered four months late and then promised a Blender as a "sweetener" to get me off their backs. To this day, and after various emails nothing has arrived. Froothie does not respond to emails either! What ever you do don't buy from them!

7-3-2019 I ordered a ThermoVide on the 7th of March, in pre-order with stock arriving at the end of March
8-4-2019 asked for an update, the answer (8 days later) was that the stock was arriving by the end of April
9-5-2019 asked for another update, they said that the shipment would arrive the following week .... delivery to me by the end of May.
This is very very unfair and annoying.

I’ve had my optimum for over 5 years now and it truly is the best blender I’ve ever tried. It blends my daily fruit and veg to perfection! I broke my jug this year and the replacement was effortless and so affordable to replace. I’ll never own anything but a froothie!!

BEST buy ever!!

Best quality, Great customer service!
I've owned 9400A 2nd Gen blender for a few years now. Such a powerful blender. We use it almost every day making Smoothy, ice-cream, dip etc, and it's still working like new. Have a ThermoCook as well, what a smart machine. Thank you for making high quality products. Customer service has been awesome as well when I ordered replacement jug cuz I dropped it. I also have a Vibrofit. Very happy with all these products. Highly recommend!!
9200A is amazing
With a son with sensory disorder finding a blender that makes ultra smooth smoothies was vital. It does exactly that and super fast too. Customer service was great too. Can not recommend this blender and Froothie enough. 4 other family member have gone on to purchase the 9200A and they love it as much as I do.
Optimum blender
I just love this blender and I use it almost everyday to make smoothies!! Nuts are ground at its best!! Happy with it!! Much recommended and must have this product.

Great price awesome blender
I love my blender. It does everything I ask of it reliably well. My smoothies are smooth, my nuts are ground how I like them and the best thing is making smooth cauliflower mash in it.
Great service and quality products
I have purchased a optimum 9400 blender in 2013 and a 600 cold press juicer in 2015 both have lasted very well and work as good today as when I purchased them. We use them both daily

Love it!
Got the Optimum Blender 2nd Gen and I can't live without it. I use it for making nut milks, smoothies, blending soups. I also use it to make my nut and coconut butters. However I find it frustrating that you can never get all of it out of the jug and I hate waste. Even using the little spatula doesn't do it for me otherwise I would give this rating 5 stars. I have had the jug leak from the bottom and even though it's under warranty I had to pay for a new one. I must say that the customer service was great in helping me with this though.

Our optimum 9400 gets thrashed! We use frozen bananas and frozen strawberries and our house made almond milk also created from the blender, with a mixture of other ingredients and it makes a smooth thick milkshake like mixture! Kitchen Magic! Simple Easy Fun my life philosophy!

Daily usage
Love the G2.6 blender & use it every dayto make smoothies, soups, healthy pancakes or fruity sorbets. It does make it easier to get the kids eating healthy. We wouldn’t be with out it!

Love my Froothie Blender
I love making my green smoothies everyday, blends all green vegies into a nice liquid. I did have problems with the bearings on my jug as the kids washed the bottom, but Froothie gave me the new parts to fix it for free and was shipped really quickly. Thanks Froothie.

HI,, I have had excellent service from Froothie juicer, but after 18 months there is a lot of fibre remaining within the bowl and the completed juice. Can you tell me if this is because the celery is very stringy this time of the year or has the centre blade of the machine worn thin and the fibre then sits outside the blade? There is a lot of fibre and juice which is not going through to the outside, and ther is fibre in the finished juice. Thank you,

Hey there Gunther,
Thanks for your message :) As a rule of thumb, what programme you choose will differ according to what bread mix you use. For example, if you are using a White Bread mix, you would select the White Bread setting, and so on. For Wholemeal mixes, use the Wholemeal/Whole Wheat setting.
If you are looking to make bread rolls or shaped bread out of store bought mix, use the Ferment setting and allow the bread dough to complete its first rise in the machine. You can then proceed to shape the rolls and proof them for the second time on a baking tray prior to baking!
