We purchased a Optimum 9400 Model Blender Many Years ago and can honestly say it’s been a real workhorse in our home gets used on a daily basis (green smoothies, blitzing fruit for Kombucha, soups, almond milk, etc ) This machine has delivered and then some. We have decided to upgrade to the 9400 2nd Generation as we like the wider bottomed Jug and also purchased the optional 1 litre jug as well. Can’t fault the service provided to me I was notified the 1 litre jug would be slightly delayed. I ordered the Blender and it was delivered within 2 d...ays. Very impressed with some of the new features if your looking for a very well thought out Powerful Blender at an amazing Price this in my Opinion is it. (Note) My 9400 Blender 1st Generation which is still going strong is going to my mother and probably will outlast her.
Great blender, amazing smoothies!
I bought the Optimum 9300 blender and I have never been so happy with the performance of an appliance. I have blended soups, smoothies and even made dips. The high power blended produces a silky smooth texture no matter what you are blending. It also makes soups .... You just throw in the ingredients and leave blending for the time suggested in the booklet and you come back to a piping hot, delicious, soup. This machine also blends ice with ease. I could not live without my Froothie Optimum 9300.
Perfect Blender/excellent customer service
Ive had my blender 9400 for almost 10 years and am just now replacing blades and opting for a fresh new jug.....it does everything from making oat flour to nut milk with ease,Green smoothies end up smooth and creamy which is very hard to do with spinach and celery with other smaller appliances.

One of the most professional customer experiences i have had. Jug from blender damaged while being used. After short, responsive and constructive communication part was replaced. Such a positive customer experience is very rare in todays world. Recommend blender products as well.

Fantastic customer support
I needed some part to my amazing optimum 600 juicer bought in 2014. I wasn‘t even sure if I could get them as I had stored my juicer for a few years due to travel. I found my old invoice and contacted froothie. Within days I had a reply with perfect solution. I ordered my parts and again promptly received them and now my favourite juicer has been given a new least of life. I use it every day for my celery juice. Thanks so much.

The product I purchased was out of stock of a blender so the team at Froothie gave me a free upgrade. They were so fast getting back to me and making sure I was satisfied as a customer.
Love love LOVE this company. The blender is absolutely first class. Tips it up, shreds it up, makes the best smoothies and anything else. Trust me they don't lie.
Outstanding customer service!
Since purchasing my juicer, Froothie has been so helpful in supplying me with extra optional parts, a service checkup when I did not follow the instruction book correctly and got it all jammed up, and a replacement part when I accidentally broke the bowl. Their communication is excellent. And I love knowing that I can replace parts when I need them instead of having to buy a whole new item.

Unfortunately, we do not have the 1litre jug. But you can use the same jug only blend less, that should work as long as the blades are covered (this is the most important)

HI,, I have had excellent service from Froothie juicer, but after 18 months there is a lot of fibre remaining within the bowl and the completed juice. Can you tell me if this is because the celery is very stringy this time of the year or has the centre blade of the machine worn thin and the fibre then sits outside the blade? There is a lot of fibre and juice which is not going through to the outside, and ther is fibre in the finished juice. Thank you,
