Perfect Blender/excellent customer service
Ive had my blender 9400 for almost 10 years and am just now replacing blades and opting for a fresh new jug.....it does everything from making oat flour to nut milk with ease,Green smoothies end up smooth and creamy which is very hard to do with spinach and celery with other smaller appliances.

Great customer service and products
One of the most professional customer experiences i have had. Jug from blender damaged while being used. After short, responsive and constructive communication part was replaced. Such a positive customer experience is very rare in todays world. Recommend blender products as well.

Fantastic customer support
I needed some part to my amazing optimum 600 juicer bought in 2014. I wasn‘t even sure if I could get them as I had stored my juicer for a few years due to travel. I found my old invoice and contacted froothie. Within days I had a reply with perfect solution. I ordered my parts and again promptly received them and now my favourite juicer has been given a new least of life. I use it every day for my celery juice. Thanks so much.

I purchased the Thermocook Pro M 2.0 and it is fantastic. What has surpassed my expectations has been the great customer service I received when asking questions relating to my purchase. Excellent customer service
The product I purchased was out of stock of a blender so the team at Froothie gave me a free upgrade. They were so fast getting back to me and making sure I was satisfied as a customer.

Outstanding customer service!
Since purchasing my juicer, Froothie has been so helpful in supplying me with extra optional parts, a service checkup when I did not follow the instruction book correctly and got it all jammed up, and a replacement part when I accidentally broke the bowl. Their communication is excellent. And I love knowing that I can replace parts when I need them instead of having to buy a whole new item.
Thermocook Pro M 2.0
This is a GREAT product we tried it out on some Scones first worked perfect and tasted great. Next we tried the Lamb Stew from the main menu' meat was cook so tender it melted in your mouth. Amazing product wish I had found it sooner. Customer service is AAA+ at Froothie could not have been any better.
Healing juices , healing vibes
I’ve had my froothie juicer for 3 years now .. I do use it EVERYDAY.... I’ve healed breast cancer , clear now 1 yr now .. but I’ll never give up on health , reducing inflammation and Froothie has been my best tool .. I’m juicing 160oz of celery each morning 1 whole celery.. and the trick is to soak the strainer as the fibre in celery can block it up when only rinsed and quickly brushed ... soaking it helps release it and I am able to see through the strainer , no waste at all ..

Froothie Optimum G2.6 Platinum blender - positive review
I purchased a Froothie Optimum G2.6 Platinum blender for making nutrient dense vegetable smoothies. The blender seems to be very good quality - it feels and sounds solid, and the vegetables and nuts all blend beautifully together into into a smooth texture. I will try making some almond butter next as the recipe sounds very quick and easy too.

I purchased my blender a couple of years ago now, and it has worked perfectly. Recently had an issue and contacted customer service and they have been incredibly helpful with everything to get the issue solved. Highly recommended company and products.
I really love my vibrofit pro!
Id never used a vibrating exercise device before but was curious and after much research I took the plunge. And boy am I wrapped I did. Nearly year on andit is still one of my favourite parts of my daily routine. I try for at least 2 rounds if not 3 and always feel so good afterwards. Just remember to flush yourself with lots of water afterwards too :) As for Froothie - I'm someone that appreciates old school customer service with humans at the end of a phone line and this is definitely what I received. Plus the helpful product knowledge and overall service of the business was really thorough which I value greatly. Thanks team for the encouragement with this product. Zero regrets and lots of wobbling gains ;)
Exceptional product and service
I bought my Froothie Blender 3 weeks ago and am thrilled with it. Not sure how I've managed without it. Also the service I have received from when I first ordered right through to a question about filling in my warranty has been exceptional - leaves many other companies way behind - well done :)
Optimum G2 blender
I love this company, I have used this blender a lot and it’s been a real bonus in my life. I love smoothies but hate lumps. You never get lumps with this blender. It’s great for soups and hot drinks too. It makes great nut butters and milk. I have had one small issue but the customer service is fabulous. It’s very quick, polite, and just good old fashioned helpful and I have had the blender 4 years!

Unfortunately, we do not have the 1litre jug. But you can use the same jug only blend less, that should work as long as the blades are covered (this is the most important)

HI,, I have had excellent service from Froothie juicer, but after 18 months there is a lot of fibre remaining within the bowl and the completed juice. Can you tell me if this is because the celery is very stringy this time of the year or has the centre blade of the machine worn thin and the fibre then sits outside the blade? There is a lot of fibre and juice which is not going through to the outside, and ther is fibre in the finished juice. Thank you,
