We contacted you and the earliest we can get a service agent is in just over a week from now just to come and look at the issue. Today is 41 and the next week the weather will be similar every day. We were told the only other appointments are mid Feb and March. That would be over a month best case. This is ridiculous. Hopefully your technician brings replacement parts with him knowing what the codes are otherwise the ombudsman will be getting involved.

You don’t know mine or anyone’s medical situation, so maybe STFU. I have messaged them privately. Also previous experience in these situations is they send out a tradie and give little information to them and do the tradie doesn’t have the part so it takes another 2-8 weeks to get the part in. Not the tradies fault and it also burns up their time. They tend not to get paid as well for warranty work. Will see what happens when the tradie turns up. Also 1 and a 1/2 week turnaround to come out isn’t great but acceptable if it is repaired on the day. Either way it will go up here as to how it is handled, good bad or otherwise.

My name is Adrian, I am on here on behalf of a friend, an elderly couple who had the 11.1 error code on their AOTG54LCTL unit they called Fujitsu and were unable to come out for a couple of weeks and recommended an company to call, which they did, they came out, Communication error, Condenser fan not working had done a resistance check OK , Replaced PCB still no go, communicated with Fujitsu and ordered another PCB, when come in replaced still no go, and that happened two more times, the last one worked. over seven hours labour and $1447.00 in PCB parts and it is not that long out of warranty, is there any extension to warranty in this situation?

Thanks. I just found out I am out of warranty by 1.5 years so I have organised a non Fujitsu ducted specialist recommended by a friend who is coming today. Fujitsu is non responsive over the weekend and yet to contact me today. I have a young family and the weather is heating up again today so I can’t wait forever for Fujitsu support to get back to me

Hi, may you suggest how was that resolved. I doubt if one of pcb gone faulty. My outdoor unit main pcb shows no power, error is 11.1 on screen and indoor unit turns on for a minute and ends up at same error. I doubt ac to dc pcb is faulty.

I had a short circuit in the circuit controller caused by a gecko. The fan motor was also damaged. $2600 job but was able to claim on home insurance as the damage was caused by an animal.

HI Kevin, This error is a communication error between the zone module and the wall controller. You could try a full reset by turning the power off at the circuit and waiting 20 minutes, then switching it back on. If that does not work you will need a technician to take a look for you.

My outdoor fan unit fujitsu dc inverter AOTG54LCTL has stopped working - therefore no A/C. There are no errors appearing in the Indoor Unit. There isn't anything in the manual to troubleshoot the outdoor unit. We're in Brisbane - Holland Park 4121. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Never had a problem with the fan in 5 years, but the wall panel stops working and I have to go outside and turn it off and on at the power box. Very annoying.
