Come on winter.
Have just had a Fujitsu installed 6 days ago and guess what? It does not work as the internal unit has a coil leak. They do not test these units before install or in the factory we were advised. Been waiting 6 days for Fujitsu to even contact us when they are coming to replace rhe indoor unit. Was led to believe that this company had a better backup service, were we misled? The installer is not allowed to do anything further as Fujitsu have to attend to assess.
Questions & Answers
can change the room temp. sensor from the indoor unit to the remote controller after the initial setup ? The manual says it has to be set at the initial setup
Thanks for reaching out to us via Product Review. It would be easier for the technician to set it this way initially, but does not mean it cant be changed at a later stage with the help from a Fujitsu Technician. Please contact Fujitsu Assist, technical Support on 13003644845 or firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to assist you this. Fujitsu Assist
