I bought two screen protectors for two different phones they turned up today with the names of the correct phones on them but do NOT fit they sell cheap crap but from overseas not from these guys.
Not fit for purpose!! Nano Optics UV Liquid Tempered Glass
I purchased the Mocolo Nano Optics UV Liquid Tempered Glass screen protector for my Oppo Find X2 Pro.
Delivery was overnight, as I paid for express delivery, so 5 stars for that.
Application was messy and no instructions in the box, I had to view the online video. Adhesion was poor and bubbles evident under the protector. Liquid did not cover the curved edges. 1 star.
Response of phone through the protector was substandard, with the fingerprint scanner working only after 5-6 attempts each time, if at all. 1 star.
Email sent to supplier, and response was quick. 3 stars.
Dodgy store, terrible customer service.
Terrible quality products. Professional scam under the guise of "affordable". They sent me a faulty screen and refused to refund; sent a link that completely froze my pc instead (???) as proof that it works. Customer service was cold and unresponsive; they count on customers to stop giving chase if they just keep refusing to uphold their end. After all, who's going to follow up after so many emails and extra money spent on shipping their faulty items.
Wrong product been returned and these guys can't even give you full refund! Bad bad!
Rudest service in a decade
Most unpleasant retail experience in a very long time. Staff angered easily and was verbally aggressive. Very unreasonable in trying to establish if new product was faulty. Will not do business with them again.

I bought a screen protector from this dtore twice in a row. First one didn't work, second one didn't work either. [name removed] who provided me with the same interaction as you have read from the countless poor reviews here. If you item does not work, prepared to have nothing done about it and you will lose your money. Avoid this shop at all costs.
Bought a wireless car phone holder/ charger. My iPhone 11 Pro Max kept falling off whenever I drove over a bump. That meant pulling over every couple of minutes. Putting the car in park. Getting out of the seatbelt and diving into the passenger footwell to retrieve the phone. Obviously no good at all. So I sent it back. I even sent a short video of the issue. Then followed an ‘investigation’ in which they said they couldn’t replicate the problem. So right there I’m made to feel like my complaint is untrue. **Despite sending in the video of the...issue.** Next they said maybe the iPhone backing part needed replacement and I could buy another one. I refused to throw more money at the problem. So they asked me to post back the two plates that attach to the back of the phone. Which I did. One of them disintegrated slightly when it was peeled off the phone case. Unavoidable. That by the way revealed the problem: four tiny magnets each one about ½ centimetre in diameter. Way too tiny to hold the biggest iPhone (each one of these steps btw involved a 30 day turn around). Next I get told they’re posting everything back to me because they won’t refund me due to the (unavoidable) damage to the 1 phone backing plate and my failure to send in the box and the pamphlet it all came with. I had to get stroppy and remind them the product was not fit for purpose and breached the ACL and the Sale of Goods Act, and that sending back the box wouldn’t change that. I started the paperwork for the Minor Claims Court and Office of Fair Trading and THEN they agreed to refund me (after complaining they would be left to wear a loss on the item - which is also odd. Why would they not return it to the manufacturer and tell them the product did not perform and the manufacturer must reimburse G4G’s loss, or G4G will stop selling their products? And anyway, that’s not my problem). Throughout these interactions the staff at G4G were always polite, friendly and courteous. I readily acknowledge that. But the 30 day money back guarantee rings hollow. All told it took slightly less than 4 months from the time I posted the item back to the day I got the refund. Good service would have been a response like: “oh no. So sorry to hear our product was not satisfactory. We’ve put a reply paid envelope in the mail. Send us back whatever pieces you have. We’ll process a refund straight away”. Had they done that I’d have sourced a different brand of phone holder and had such confidence in G4G I would have gone out of my way to buy it from them. Same with the two bedside iPhone/Apple Watch/Air Pods wireless chargers I’m now searching. I’m staying well away from options when I see them on the G4G websites. Just don’t have confidence in how things will pan out if there’s an issue. I see G4G likes to have the last word on these negative reviews. Instead of doing that on this review, why not rather say to yourselves ‘we could have done better. We could have made the problem the manufacturer’s not tried to make it the customer’s. And we’d have had repeat business and a ***** review. We’ll take the learnings not try to get the last word.’

I was supplied a Faulty MHL Micro USB to HDMI TV AdapterCable pack for Mobile Phone/Tablet from Gadgets4Geeks.com.au
The MHL Micro USB part of the Cable does not make a secured connection. While charging it is constantly disconnecting/not-charging and connecting/charging. Thought it might have been the phone's port that was faulty. Bought another MDL Micro USB Cable from another supplier and determined that the Phones port was working fine. Hence I was sold an inferior product and wasted my money and time dealing with Gadgets4Geeks.com.au
Fast orders - Terrible product & service

I was after some short USB-C 10Gbps cables, which I found on their website, after contacting via email to confirm product specs, an order was placed shortly after.
Items arrived fast, but testing proved disappointing. Specifications tested were not as confirmed in email, and no specs on plain packaging, called Simon and he offered refund, nice but what about my cost to send both ways due to falsely confi...rmed product specs? he continued to tell me all cables are speed tested, but he was unable to provide any test data. Very poor customer support, and I will never shop there again, and I will be sure to advise others of the same. I will not bother returning items, the cost of post is not worth it.
Lacking any customer service
Wanted to pick up a screen protector and walked out after waiting for 20mins (I actually timed it). Only one person was ahead of me getting served and the sales guy was happy to just chat while he applied a protective cover on his phone. After 20mins and still no acknowledgement from the sales guy, he proceeded to come by and show the customer how to use the phone...at this point I left. Even the customer was getting uncomfortable that someone was waiting and standing behind him while the sales guy was happy to debate world issues...Now I know how it feels to be invisible.

Screen Protector 10mm too narrow
Rubbish Chinese product. They claim its the narrow fit screen protector to fit inside bulky cases, but there is a 10mm difference, leaving a huge 5mm gap on either side.

Bad service!!!! Crap Product!!!
I bought a screen protector for my S9. When I put it on my phone, I could not use the touchscreen as it does not sit flush against the screen. It was also not secure as it had a tiny bit of stickiness around the edges to hold it on, so the screen protector kept moving around my phone, as it was not secure. I called them, emailed them, sent it back and could not get a refund as they don't believe it is faulty. I asked if I could visit a store to show the problem, no answer from them. Contacted them via Paypal, finally they respond offering to re...place the product but not a refund. I don't want replacement as the product is crap, they will not refund my money. I have wasted so much time on this and have now lost my money as I am not prepared to spend anymore time on it. Their customer service SUCKS!!! Never ever again will I buy anything from them, I would suggest you take care if you are buying something as they are not going to help you if things go wrong, and they will!!
Pretty bad service
Ordered a case for my LG v30+ that was showing as in-stock (I would not have ordered it if it was out of stock). Was told shipping would be 3-5 business days from Syd-Canb. When I'd heard nothing in 2 weeks, I emailed and asked where it was. Was told they were out of stock and stock would be back in 'middle of next week'.
Two weeks later and I'd still heard nothing, so I again emailed them (because I went back to their site and it showed as in-stock again). Never got a response. Then 3-5 days later it arrived. It's pretty poor quality, but I did buy the cheaper option. Have placed an order for a different case with a different company.
Won't be using again. Pity I didn't check here first, seem to have all rubbish reviews!
