Poor quality product and ignored by company.
In December 2019 I purchased online a Exogear Tablet mount with Ultra Long arm with suction mount, that they said wouldn't come off under any circumstances. When I placed the product on my dashboard it looked OK, however next morning came out to car to find the mount lying on my front seat. I replaced it again, as per directions, again, overnight to find it had fallen away from the dashboard. position and adjusted the tablet holder to have the ball mount socket break away in my hand. No force used, just broke on adjustment. Unable to be used whatsoever. So I went to ring the company, answering machine. Left message, no reply. Sent two emails with photos of the broken mount, no reply. From the above I wouldn't deal with this company as no after sales care of customers, obviously cheap Chinese plastic used for the device and once you buy a product, you are discarded by said company who cannot be bothered to return contact. Okay, today 20th January 2020, I finally received an email from Simon at Gadgets4Geeks in relation to returning said product, for their examination, which I will do at my own expense. I will wait to see what customer service the company provides and will update my original review to reflect good or bad service. OK so last month, late February, I received in the post, my product back, repaired, and appearing in good order, receiving only one email from 'Simon' to advise its repair and return which took some 2 weeks to complete. So to sum up, and to be fair, I did have the item fixed and returned after weeks of inaction and failure to communicate, apart from a reply re this review and one email. The company is very poor in its ability to fix these problems in a timely manner and with sufficient emails to keep the buyer informed. I did try one further email with an appropriate question on replacement which was just ignored by the company and 'Simon', again reinforcing a very bad customer service attitude. Not quite as described
I have purchased 2 x Products. The baseus 3 in 1 Charger Pad. I found this to be great Quality and my Daughter said it charges. The downfall for this product , website states this is fast charge, but it does not charge as fast as expected.
2nd product was a 2 in 1 charger pad. This product I am not at all happy with. I placed my Iwatch on the charge and when I removed it, it was burning hot and not charged. Thank heavens after cooling down I was able to charge this on the normal cord charger with no ill effect.

Fast shipping but incorrect details on site
Ordered a screen protector and triple checking the measurements. When it arrived the dimensions completely wrong for my phone. Wrote a review that was not published, but they did use my manual measurements to update their listing.

What I wanted, delivered swiftly.
Many thanks for your prompt response to my order for a case for the mobile phone. Website easy to navigate, and order placed on Friday morning was delivered Tuesday afternoon.

Lacking any customer service
Wanted to pick up a screen protector and walked out after waiting for 20mins (I actually timed it). Only one person was ahead of me getting served and the sales guy was happy to just chat while he applied a protective cover on his phone. After 20mins and still no acknowledgement from the sales guy, he proceeded to come by and show the customer how to use the phone...at this point I left. Even the customer was getting uncomfortable that someone was waiting and standing behind him while the sales guy was happy to debate world issues...Now I know how it feels to be invisible.

Absolute rip off! Bought a tempered glass screen protector each for mine and my husbands phones. Within a week of being put on exactly as instructions said my husbands randomly fell off yesterday and mine has already lifted off half my phone. $15 each and they are completely useless. Emailed [name removed] about it and was treated like an idiot and refused a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. I am contacting ACCC because I was ripped off and sent a product that does not do what it was advertised to do.

Happy with purchase
Purchased a tempered glass protector and a flexi carbon fibre tough case for my Moto G7 Plus. Perfect fit and as described. Not easy to find accessories for this phone. Thanks.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
I will preface this review by saying this is the first time I have taken the time to go online and share my story. Given the circumstances, I feel the effort is justified so that others may benefit.
I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone but I decided to pick up quite a few other items at the same time, $157 in total. I knew my new phone was arriving the following day so I paid for the express postage. The parcel from G4G arrived the following day, as expected, but didn’t include the screen protector.

l of the omission and immediately received a reply. It turns out my parcel was packed by [name removed]. The same [name removed] that has written all the comments to his customers on this site. Unbeknownst to me, [name removed] doesn’t make mistakes when preparing a shipment so instead of investigating the incident I was advised to look closer at the packaging because “it was definitely shipped”. He was however nice enough to send me a picture of the screen protector because apparently I wouldn’t know what one looks like. I sent a photo of all the items I received and assured Simon that the screen protector was not included. Unfortunately I have since been ignored. Even my follow up email, in which I said I would report the issue to the ACCC, fell on deaf ears.2 comments

5m Wireless Endoscope WiFi Camera
All went well until I received the camera. Upon opening packet I found the plastic end cover had fallen out. I notified them the item was faulty & returned it. Australia Post confirmed they had received it on 6th August. Hearing nothing I phoned them & was told camera had been returned to manufacturer. A month later I am still waiting & have heard nothing.

Screen Protector 10mm too narrow
Rubbish Chinese product. They claim its the narrow fit screen protector to fit inside bulky cases, but there is a 10mm difference, leaving a huge 5mm gap on either side.

Very efficient and speedy service providing an excellent product
Navigation was simple, I was easily able to find the products that were specific to my 'phone. The product arrived within two days by normal post and the quality was highly satisfying

Substituted the wrong product to make sale.
I ordered a Nokia 7.1 phone case .they sent me a Nokia "plus"case ( wrong size) Thought it might be a mistake untill I learnt there run out of 7.1 Rang them of course. They Said I had made the Mistake. ( I know what I ordered it was not a mistake) And more stock of the correct case will not be in stock for two weeks. So my only option was to spend my own money to return the item. Good money after Bad ? I think so.

Bad service!!!! Crap Product!!!
I bought a screen protector for my S9. When I put it on my phone, I could not use the touchscreen as it does not sit flush against the screen. It was also not secure as it had a tiny bit of stickiness around the edges to hold it on, so the screen protector kept moving around my phone, as it was not secure. I called them, emailed them, sent it back and could not get a refund as they don't believe it is faulty. I asked if I could visit a store to show the problem, no answer from them. I have wasted so much time on this and have now lost my money as I am not prepared to spend anymore time on it. Their customer service SUCKS!!! Priscilla purchased a tempered glass screen protector from Gadgets 4 Geeks for her Galaxy S9. Priscilla contacted our support team a few days after delivery with the claim it would not adhere to the display. After troubleshooting via email was provided, Priscilla then returned the item for testing and our support team was not able to replicate any issues relating to the adhesive or touch sensitivity. We then provided Priscilla with an overview of our testing via email. Priscilla decided to raise a PayPal dispute requesting a refund. We explained to Priscilla we aren't able to restock the screen protector and process a refund because it's no longer in its original condition however we offered to dispatch a new replacement. Priscilla then replied... "I will be putting bad reviews, screaming from the hill tops about your service and your products. Disgusting Simon absolutely disgusting. I don't want anything further from you, we are done!". Priscilla then left her review here on Product Review. Bad products and terrible customer service. Wasted my money
Bought a gel cover and a tempered glass screen protector for my Huawei mate 10 pro. The product description was wrong as they are not compatible with each other. The screen protector interferes with my typing. I contacted their customer service and they basically just told me to reinstall the screen protector. I've sent them pictures, as requested, I suggested that I'll send it back and pay the differencefor a suitable one but they are unhelpful and unresponsive. Terrible service and products. Avoid this company!

Pathetic customer service
Purchased an Ipad Dash mount cradle. Didn't even look like sticking to the dash.
Rang these guys up for advise, basically not our problem...OK, I'll get a refund.."Can't give a full refund if you've used it"...WTH? I need to open the packet to try it.....This item is clearly not suitable for my purpose and differs from the advertisement on the web page as it makes no mention of having to use a stick on disk...I drive over 20 different trucks..Are you going to supply 20 discs for me...plus the owner of the trucks would not be happy about that. I did alot of research before purchasing, but was mislead by the claims on the website as to the suitability.
Should have checked this site first, Pathetic response from these guys.

Jon conveniently left out a few things in his overview so we'd like to take the opportunity to fill in the gaps. The car mount Jon purchased includes a mounting disc. Jon mentions he does not want to use the mounting disc. The mounting disc is included in the the car mount pack to assist with mounting the holder to the car dashboard. We disclose this information on our website's product listing, specifically the product description, product gallery and product video. Although Jon believes he has been mislead, he hasn't. If Jon were to use the mounting disc then there wouldn't be this issue. He doesn't want to. Moving forward. We suggested Jon return the item for a refund. Instead, Jon raised a PayPal dispute and then left this review. Jon, please stop hurting our company.
