Not quite as described
I have purchased 2 x Products. The baseus 3 in 1 Charger Pad. I found this to be great Quality and my Daughter said it charges. The downfall for this product , website states this is fast charge, but it does not charge as fast as expected.
2nd product was a 2 in 1 charger pad. This product I am not at all happy with. I placed my Iwatch on the charge and when I removed it, it was burning hot and not charged. Thank heavens after cooling down I was able to charge this on the normal cord charger with no ill effect.
I had called the team [who was ...Read more

Sells poor/defective products with a misleading website
I purchased a (relatively expensive) screen protector from this company, specifically for a particular Nokia model. Once it arrived, (like many others who have posted reviews here) I found it doesn't even come close to fitting the phone it is supposed to (several millimetres too narrow to even cover the lcd screen: see image). I returned it immediately, and after prompting them, got the refund for the screen protector (yay for that, they get an extra star). However, they refused to refund the cost of postage saying the product was not defective...Read more
, which it obviously is (any reasonable person would consider this screen protector to have a major problem, ie - if they knew about the problem they wouldn't purchase it). The website for this product uses misleading and ambiguous terms such as 'case friendly' (the particular cases that it might be 'friendly with' were not stated) and 'reduced fit' to describe it, when what they actually mean is that this screen protector is significantly narrower than the lcd screen of the phone. None of the photos of the item on the product page show it actually fitted to a phone. Implying, but not explicitly stating or showing, the 'reduced fit' (or misfit) of this screen protector is misleading and deceptive as almost no one would expect that a screen protector specifically designed for a particular model of phone would fit so badly. I'm now out of pocket and have spent considerable time dealing with them trying to get what I'm owed. Australian Consumer law states that products that are not fit for purpose and have a major problem (I think this company would be the only one to argue this) can be returned for a refund including the cost of return postage. My experience (and other's from some of the reviews here) says volumes about their 'customer focus' that they state in their reply to the negative reviews. A truly customer focused company would make sure the web description of this product is crystal clear and unambiguous (not ambiguous and sneaky) so problems like this do not occur in the future. I should have read the online reviews of this company before shopping with them and given them a wide berth. I suggest others do the same.Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!

Inaccurate and misleading information on companies website regarding the devices description
Device price OK, delivery cost and delivery time frame marginal for the device.
However....Substantial problem is the device does not perform as specified by the information on their website.
Device video resolution is substantially less (640 x 480) than the maximum specification of 1600 x 1200 listed in item description or the companies website. The actual performance of the device does not meet my need.
Email communications with the company revealed apparent reasons for the low device performance. These communications did not occur ...Read more
in timely fashion to enable return/refund within their required time frame. There is a significant financial penalty in postage charges imposed on the purchaser for both device delivery and then return is excessive for the device, not to mention the possibility of further loss as they claim the right to deduct further amounts at their discretion as restocking fee. Now approaching 2 months after purchase, website information has not been amended, despite them now being aware of the problem.Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!
