good machine poor glass top – We had this cooktop installed January 2021. Few months later noticed scratches appearing. We use quality cookware, scanpan, tefal, jamie Oliver. Food is always wiped up immediately so no chance of scratching the surface. Bosch Gaggenau kept on blaming me. So I ask the question I had an Asko, two Fisher & Paykel and none of them got scratched. Bosch Gaggenau finally said out of goodwill they will replace the cooktop glass top only. I was happy and thought I would but a silicon induction cook top mat to protect. Imagine my horror when two weeks later I discover a small scratch had developed. Only 2mm long but a scratch. Again I approached Gaggenau who responded by saying only damaged pots, salt or harsh chemicals will do this. I am brassed off with their attitude when I do my utmost to keep this clean. I have rechecked my pots and pans time and time again and they are smooth. What the heck is going on? These machines are expensive and we look after them. Now I know I am in NZ, but want to take this further and hoping you can assist as to where I can go. Thanks
