A little ripper
Our Saeco Incanto semi-died after 15 years of faithful service. A replacement circuit board (from Italy) would take months and cost hundreds of dollars. Segafreddo guys suggested the Gaggia Besana as a replacement, and offered a good deal. It is compact and reliable. You need to play with the grind adjustment to find what suits your taste, but after that it's smooth sailing. It is designed to make one or two coffees at a time, so probably not the best for multiple coffees. It self-rinses before and after use so the coffee is always perfect. Very happy drinker !
