wanted to love it....hopeless!
I really wanted to love this watch, but can't. I bought the rose gold version and it is a beautiful looking piece. However, within hours of buying it, it stopped working. I tried everything to get it to turn on, but couldn't get it to activate. I just figured that it wasn't charged properly as it was so new. Put it on to charge at home and for 2 days it was great. Then the black screen of death again and had to plug into the charger (even though it wasn't flat) just to get it to activate. It loses connection with my phone every few hours and is...unresponsive more often than not. It only semi-activates after using "find my device" on the app and even then, it only tells you the time. The only way to get full activation is to reset the system every day and then you lose all the tracked data and have to re-pair it with your phone. WHEN it works it is great and easy to read, with intuitive navigation, but it just DOESN'T work often. I have noticed other reviews on other sites have had similar issues as mine within weeks of buying. Mine is 2 weeks old and I'm totally over it. Will be returning to get a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING. Totally hopeless and so disappointing.
Purchased in July 2021 at Harvey Norman for $300.
