Gateway Credit Union Car Loans

Lost loan application, 20 mins to get through on the phone, very unhelpful staff, steer clear of the – They lost my loan application, when enquired as to the turn around was told they accidentally deleted it and I would have to resend it, they didn't seem to care and then eventually declined it saying that it was due to serviceability, fact is I already service a loan with the credit union and have done for 20 years. HAD ENOUGH and could not be bothered with these back yard operators. It takes 15-20 mins to get through and when they are utterly hopeless like this and you need to constantly ring them a lot of time is wasted.

Excellent – Overall the Experience with Gateway CU has been wonderful and great, if you plan to apply for this Union you might be a little bit patient as they take time to approve your loan, or else everything is wonderful Great Intrest Rate, Friendly staff, No on going fees, No establishment fees, No early pay off fees They take a bit of time to process your application
