Excellent – i love it,uses less water,less detergent and it does a huge load which saves spending a whole day doing laundry washes a huge load,cut down my washing 2-3 times a week, to just once a week i can wash my king size comforter at home instead of spending a fortune at the laundrymat need to pull out the detergent dispenser after a wash so it wont get mildew built up on it

Terrible – As a result of our continuing problems, we will not buy any GE products in the future. I vote for trashing this machine and bringing mine over. I have regular washer and dryer at my home, but my boyfriend had to have high tech in his home. I hate the washer. Can't set the water level, always have to make sure that I set for extra rinse. Items of all sorts do not get clean. Ties sheets and towels up. AND now we are having to deal with it breaking (electronically) every other week! Mind you, it is just past the expiration of our warranty too and the company won't honor it since it is two weeks past warranty.....not a happy camper.
