Excellent compact machine

published

I recently purchased this washing machine as I do not have any connections for an automatic machine. For it's size, it does an amazing job at getting clothes clean. It is suitable for one large outfit or two smaller outfits at a time. I have found it best to spin dry large items one at a time. It is important to note this model does not include a drain pump, so you must have the washer higher than the hose. I drain it in the bathtub or shower. This machine is best suited to doing laundry regularly, it's quite a chore to catch up on a large amount due to the manual filling and transferring clothes.

Purchased in May 2019.

Awsome machine

published

I live in a self contained unit with a communal laundry my clothes came out dirtier than I put them in than I bought this machine AWSOME for what I need it for its quiet cleans the clothes well and the spin dry is wicked. I'm very impressed with this machine. Yes there is abit of manual operation between wash and rinse than to spin but no big drama it's easy to use and well worth the money

I don't know why you are asking me this question. Speak to the company you bought it from.

You need to make sure that the first lid is clicked In properly or it won’t spin. If that’s not the problem you will have to contact the manufacturer

New machine. Done a few loads now spinner has stopped. Anyone had similar issues?

Make sure the lid of the spinner is properly down. My machine fell over during transit and something broke in the spin lid. Now I have to put something heavy on top of the spin lid or press down on it to keep it closed or the spin cycle automatically switches off. If that doesn't work, I'd be asking the manufacturer. It may be a warranty claim.

I'm now concerned that these machines are faulty and will be reporting this to Australian Office and Consumer and Business seeking investigation into product and full refund .
If they are using UNSATISFACTORY /cheap parts as their belts at least include a spare in the box ...
