Circuit board failures – Had unit for 10 years and it blows the circuit boards every 3 years. Turn it off at the isolator during storms. Fujitsu have never supported us in a breakdown situation and it takes about 14 days for a technician to come out..About to replace with a Mitsubishi ….completely sick of the whole thing. Excellent product – Our ducted air conditioner is amazing, work excellent and it is very useful in how Metricon who was our building subdivided the different air zones in our new house. It is amazing how they have different option to use, fan, cool and time also which made economical the use of it. Show details
Best investment I have made for my house – This product has made the summer bearable. It is quiet and user friendly. The gentle flow of air is not obtrusive, and especially at night, does not focus too much cold air in one direction. I especially appreciate being able to turn it on from work so that the house is cool by the time I get home. I would have preferred a written copy of the user manual. Show details
Dissapointed – I purchase and had an air conditioner Fujitsu Model AOTG54LCTL installed on the 3rd November 2015 On Monday (15th February 2016) of this week it showed an error message on the screen, after contacting the installer he told me that I would need a service call. repaired, after several calls I found one technician that could get here, but it would be 7 days, unlike some of the companies that I called who said it would be early to mid March. Are these units that unreliable that all of the servicemen are that busy.
1st The unit is not yet 4 months old
2nd Why do I need to contact these companies, this is a Fujitsu unit and they should look after warranty
3rd I was under the impression that I was purchasing a reputable brand (Fujitsu) WRONG
4th It has reached 40 degrees here today.
5th What a waste of money I should have left the wall units installed.

Poor Aftersales Service – Our unit is 2 years old. So far this summer it has been out of action for 7 weeks and is still not working. Average temps the past 3 weeks is high thirty's. 10 days for tech to look at fault. National Service Manager is too busy to discuss issues. State Service Manager didn't book repairs until I rang to complain. If this is after sales service I will walk to Burke and Back.
