Dodgy company, would not recommend
Over year ago I ordered some Optimum protein online and got a call the next day saying it was out of stock because of supply issues. Apparently the cost went up and they were trying to source it elsewhere. In the meantime they said they would replace it with another type of protein which was similar to the one I wanted. I thought, okay that's understandable and nice of them to do that so I went ahead. It was three weeks later when I finally received my order. We only live 45 minutes away.
Now recently, we thought we'd give them another go. My...partner ordered the same Optimum protein again as it didn't say it was out of stock on the website. SAME ISSUE AGAIN. He received a call the next day saying that it was out of stock but because of warehousing issues and that they'd replace it with something else. A fortnight had passed and we still hadn't received it. My partner called them and was told that he should receive it by the following Wednesday. It's now nearly been three weeks since we received the staff member's call. He tried following up again today but it just rung out and no one answered. I believe we have been patient enough and will likely have to open a PayPal dispute if we don't receive our order this week. --- Edit 14/02: Lodged a dispute through PayPal today, will see how it goes...
I am extremely disappointed I am in the service provided by your company. I ordered my goods on 11/01/2020. On 20/01 I contacted you as I hadnt received any communication. Chad assured me that there had just been a small delay and my order would be shipped shortly. It wasn't. On the 22/01 I contacted again, and was told every item ordered was out of stock and I would need to pick alternates which I did. The protein I had to switch to was cheaper than what I paid, so I was assured that this would be made up with a shaker and some free goodies. I...was once again assured this would be packed and sent ASAP. On the 24/01 I contacted to cancel my order as the whole debacle was getting out of control. Chad informed me that my parcel had just been packed and was being shipped so I was not able to cancel it. Chad once again assured me that there would be some free goodies to make up for the excessive time frame I had to wait. Chad promised I would have a shipping notification in 1-2 business days. I didn't. On the 29/01 I lodged a PayPal dispute for the order. Finally on the 30/01/2020 my order was shipped! Yay free goodies plus products I no longer want are on their way! I purchased them from a company who actually know how to provide products to consumers. The parcel then of course got taken to the post office on 3/02 as a final frustration. I picked this up to day to discover that even after all of these frustration, there was absolutely no free goodies for the utterly terrible communication and service, as well as the fact I have not got what I paid for.
Very happy with the customer service. Have been shopping at genesis for a year or two and alway great communication. Dealt with a small issue over the xmas holidays, always updated me and offeted extra items. Item has now been received. Very happy
Its the second time I have had issues. Like others, I got a call saying the order I placed was no longer available and I would I take a different (read, lower quality) brand. Recently, I bought 2 products that cost $160 (over the $150 free ship value) BUT I was charged shipping because the Black Friday sale brought the value under the treshold - really?
Oh and your points have a limited 3 month life span
Post script - just got a text (4 days later) saying that they 'expereinced a delay while preparing the order' and it will be sent soon - was my order in stock guys?

Genesis.com.au has always been my go-to shop for my Supplement and Gym supply needs. An honest Australian company with only the intent to educate and satisfy each and every customer. With over 3 years loyalty to Genesis, I will continue to keep Genesis.com.au as my main supplier of these goods. Anytime Ive had an issue l, they have always provided a generous solution.
Text received that there have been warehousing issues and for me to give them a call to discuss. Several attempts made by Genesis for me to order alternative supplements??? I mean if you order a Big Mac, you don't expect a Whopper burger, do you?? Very disappointing and this is not the first time is happening for me, happy to take my business to the many other online nutrition sites.
10 Days Waiting - False & Misleading Advertising
When ordering online, directly next to the product stated "next day delivery". There was no mention that the product was out of stock at the time of my order, ten days later product is still being advertised as available with "same day shipping ends soon" next to the item, and it's not in stock, which the seller has advised.
Yet the sellers' terms and conditions read: ships next business day for orders after 2pm, or same day for orders before 2pm. I ordered 10 days ago and paid $157. Despite this promise, I'm still waiting, no delivery or sh...

I won’t ever shop with this company again. I placed one order, was told the products were out of stock and they couldn’t give me an eta at all. They tried to push me for another product, but I was happy to wait for this order, he said he’d send a hoodie with my order for the delay.
The next day they I purchased 3 more thermogenics in the usual brand I buy, as the bloke that tried to make me change brands the day before said they were in stock. I thought buying them to use whilst I wait would be okay. I was then phone to say that two of the on...es I ordered the second time were out of stock completely and wouldn’t be coming back. I requested a refund and was told I would be called back to confirm whilst they put in the request- never happened. I called to request a refund again and speak to a manager- they said the manager was busy but they would process the refund. Then a day later another person contacted me say they found one of the out of stock products from the second order and could ship it out- I told him that I’d already requested a refund for the second order and would wait for the original order to arrive- he then told me the original order won’t arrive as they have stopped working with that company. He could send me one of each product and express post them and would also send a $30 gift pack as an apology for the stuff around. He couldn’t provide me with the refund confirmation amount and that someone would call me within 24 hours to confirm and the refund would take 5-6 business days to process. After this time passed I had to ring them up again regarding my refund, I requested a manager- the bloke said the manager was in a meeting and that one of my other products was now in and so I would not be getting a refund on that despite being told I could multiple times. He said well it’s already on its way. I said this is ridiculous and I want to speak to a manager. He finally transferred me. The manager initially seemed like he was going to sort it out, after a long chat he processed my refund and I received confirmation emails that it would be back to my account. He was apologetic and said I would receive another parcel soon after that would be a “care package” for all the stuff around as a way to not lose my business in the future. It may have actually made me give them another chance. I did receive the 2 thermogenics promised were express posted- no $30 gift pack or hoodie, but on the afternoon I spoke to the manager (14/8/19). The care package that the manager promised on the 14/8/18 that would be sent soon after has not arrived and considering it’s the 26/8/19, I don’t think it will be. I used to use these guys regularly pre 2017 and they were great and recommend them. It’s 2019, I made two orders that were both bad experiences filled with miscommunications, inaccurate information, a push to change products rather than a refund, and just an overall experience which makes it better to go in another store, have them price match and leave with your product the same day. Sorry guys, but I can no longer recommend you.
Awesome fast company.
I bought off this company before reading the reviews on here which got me stressing up until my order arrived, but the reviews on here don't match my experience at all. Genesis supps had an awesome range of products and deals and the website was well set up. They did at first send me a tracking number that didn't work but after contacting them they let me know as I had ordered on the weekend it wouldn't be shipped until Monday afternoon which is when the tracking number would start working, which it did. My order arrived within 2 business days and is exactly what I ordered so I will be returning to this company.
Worst place to buy supplements
This place is bad place to buy supplement. They always have problem with delivery. They don’t care about their regular customer. Their staffs have no idea about what’s going on and are bunch of liars. I have been their regular customer for 4 years now and probably spent around 20-30 k with them but this is the end now. I have waiting for my deliver and it’s been 15 days YES 15 days for a delivery good job keep it up. Gonna ask for refund and close my account with them. Yeah and also they never mention they ran out of stock on website and if you happen to order out of stock product you’re basically screwed coz they won’t tell you and your delivery will never happen.
Hands down the WORST company ever!! They didn't have the product I ordered so was given something else (that was awful)
They also didn't send my "free" gift as advertised (false advertising) then tried to tell me they would send it with my next order.. as I won't be ordering from them ever again I asked them to send it to me.. now they won't even reply to my emails. What a waste of time and money!!
Always sell out of stock products
I am sick of this seller and decided to never use them anymore. They always ended up calling me and saying that the product that I ordered is 'unfortunately' out-of-stock. Is it so difficult to update your website? So inconvenient, so unprofessional!

They sell stock they don't have, try to sell you something else
They sell stuff they don't even stock, no matter what their eta of delivery is they never honour it, I receive calls after my expected delivery date saying oh they have no stock but we can send you this other awesome product.. how about you sell me what I purchased. Has happened more than once. Getting a refund takes over 2 weeks for there 'accounts dept' to process it. Don't bother with these guys.. you'll miss your anabolic window waiting for these chapsticks... they're stealing your money and gains. Catchalata
Ordered two weeks ago!!!
I ordered over two weeks ago so I emailed them and 2 days later received a phone call saying sorry and they order will get sent out today which was a Thursday before a long week end so by the time I get it it will be nearly 3 weeks!!! Now all of the flavours I ordered arent in stock so I had to change all of them. Not good enough I will never order off them again I should have just gotten a refund and went to the supp shop or ordered through another company I would have been on my second order by now.
Save yourself the trouble. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered 2 items and was contacted 3 days later to be told one was on longer in stock. OK fine it will be replaced with something else. All good.
5 days later. No delivery. Tracking number does not work.
Try and call no answer. Email no response.
A further 2 days passes. A email reply tells me to wait another full business day to see if it arrives.
It does not arrive.
Now approaching 2 weeks since the original order no replies to emails, calls go unanswered.
I assume at this stage they must be going out of business or something nefarious is transpiring. ...

Not happy change of couriers
They have changed couriers from Star Track who I use to be able to use Parcel Locker to Toll now. Toll originally delivered to airport over 15 km from my house I then asked to go to a local pickup which I requested originally. They are only open certain hours. Would have received the product in my parcel Locker over 2 weeks ago but with the change of couriers & inconvenience only able to get today.
Probably won’t use again now they don’t use Aus Post parcel lockers.
Not happy - still waiting for my order that was shipped 5 days ago
I ordered the Oxyshred combo and had notification the following day it had been shipped with a tracking number. Tried tracking the number and no tracking details, called Genesis today and he said my order was lost and I won’t be receiving it till atleast Monday at the earliest. Will be nearly two weeks late by then and no apology/compensation, will never order again, have never had a problem with them previously.
