Lacklustre support on an otherwise good product – The machine itself works well and is a nice size, however there is little to no support if you need spare parts. Tried to source a replacement grill and just got non conclusive run around responses. Best to keep to brands that at least allow you to buy spare parts without offhandly saying they can't recommend anything in case it doesn't work.

Decent for price... what did you expect for $100 – Got it for $100.. think was 60% off... Love the size, can do a whole roast plus sides and haven't used oven or microwave since baught. Would give 5 stars but the non stick tray is sticking after 4 months, probably as doing alot of (perfect) pork bellies and lamb roasts Don't get me wrong, it more than 10x paid for itself but I'm now looking for replacement trays (or other plans) as 5 minutes of cleaning tray after use is irritating... looking into spare trays, baking paper, silicone sheet... not sure if silicone or paper will block perfect cooking though

Faulty – Purchased a 7.7 digital air fryer from JB hifi. After 2 months just stopped working. Contacted agents ayonz.com no response after 3 emails and tried their phone contact number given on their website. Did not connect.
