Reliable, comfortable Mountain bike around $3000.
I've had my 2010 Anthem X1 for 2 years and have been extremely happy with it. My last bike was a slightly cheaper Scott Reflex FX 15 which I had problems with front and rear shocks. For the price (around $3000) the Anthem is quite light. It has good handling around tight corners and up hills with its lockout front and rear shocks. bike hard every day- rain, hail or shine. It hasn't let me down in the 2 years I've owned it. My mates with newer and far more expensive bikes have had a lot more repairs required so I'm feeling quite smug! Great bike for serious riders who don't have the big dollars for the elite status, carbon fibre bikes. Reliable, light, good handling at reasonable price. Some people aren't comfortable with the seat but it's good for me.Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!
