At first I thought it was great. Two mowers down after just a handfull of lawn mowings and I'm done. You can't buy replacement batteries- both mowers had one battery faulty. I bought second mower just for the battery, and it too had one faulty. The first seller was eBay... They wouldn't respond and then went off eBay, I can't contact them anymore. The first mower broke third time I used it, once I had the replacement battery from the new mower. The second mower I've used once, it also had a faulty battery but I used the first mowers good battery. Now it won't start at all. The batteries got really hot after use and I'm wondering if they aren't made for Australia's heat (it was only 30 degrees though). I've never written a bad review but have to warn people don't bother.

I have bought it on X mass 2024 and used less than 5 times and today 19.07 2025 started it and did not go ten meters when it made a noise like something cracked inside the motor. It is not spinning anymore I have replaced the batteries and no change? it is broken. Also have their edge trimer purchased after X mass 2024 and again today used all four batteries before it stopped working. I would not recommend it to anyone. Go and buy from somewhere else.

This lawn mower proved to be a good one. In the end! But it needs two people to put it together. Trying to look at the very hard to see leaflet, (unclear and hazy pictures and basic instructions)… did not point this out. Then I found it was a faulty threaded rod that was the problem… thank goodness I had FACTORY TO HOME to help me. I returned the mower and was delivered a new mower. However, even though the replacement mower worked well, the batteries did not last even a half an hour. The charger had two lights … red for charging, green for charged. After two uses one of the red lights stopped working. Was it even charging I wondered… The ad had said “ Charge in an hour” oh boy was that way wrong… over 2.5 hours each time to charge… I contacted FACTORY DIRECT again, was given great support but all I wanted was two more batteries to use with the ones I had. Was happy to pay for them. But no! I had to accept a whole new mower including charger and batteries… free but that is not a solution in this world of ours that is full of rubbish in landfill… Disappointed in this whole throw away concept. As now I have two mowers and the accessories that I don’t need. FACTORY TO HOME were wonderful and very helpful. I feel the manufacturer needs to step up here and make a better product…

Power failure – Ok where to begin on the Positives- Light weight, easy to handle, lift and store Good safety switch, fast charge and actually cuts ok. Negatives- Has 2 Batteries in machine you would think being 20v 2.0Ah it would last a decent 30-45 mins, False news!. Timed it on iphone and digital watch probably lasts 12-15 mins max and that’s cutting just the tops of the lawn also you kinda have to power walk behind it to get the job done if you have a cricket pitch patch of grass that only measures 2x10 meters great any bigger don’t bother. How the manufacturers actually test the real run time of this product is beyond me. Disappointing Save your money stick with a petrol mower or if your a greeny a hand push mower and a rake.

Junck – This would be the biggest heap of junk ever sold to any one. Battery last about half an hour when mowing the one-hour charger takes three hours to charge after you get it to work. Not impressed with this product at all
